Hotell i Kenton

“omgivningen var tråkig, vid landsväg och på landet utan möjlighet att promenera därifrån! rummen låg i trista annex-byggnader medan pub och restaurant var trevligt, mysigt och stämde bra med bilderna”

“The bathroom was in a poor start of repair. The side bath panel was water damaged and obviously been treated and then left Showing further damage and falling apart. The bathroom mirror required changing with various black marks across it. The thermostatic controls were really stiff and couldn’t be fully used for both hot and cold. “Lovely venue”

“Staff are very helpful and create a pleasant friendly environment, good standards of cleanliness throughout. Lovely big breakfast served by staff member attentive to customer needs.”

“Rummet kändes inte speciellt fräscht. Ingen god doft. Täcket/lakanet doftade inte nytvättat, örngotten likaså. Kuddarna var hårda.”

“Used the spa - staff in spa were lovely. Though two masseuses. both my partner and I booked the same treatment. We had completely different experiences. Both half hour one finished after 20 mins and one was full half hour. Lunch with the spa - the spa man who was lovely had to serve it. The restaurant staff refused to do anything. “Great location, comfortable room and really nice breakfast”

“There was only one member of staff on reception at check in time which means multiple guests have to wait to check in. We went for lunch and had to ask firstly to order drinks and then again to order food. Unfortunately the burgers were way over cooked and the waiter had no incling that this might not be acceptable. It is unfathomable to me based on the price that a full breakfast wouldn’t be included in room rate.”

“A beautiful thatched pub in the Suffolk countryside with original features and delicious breakfast”

“Lovely place to stay and hot breakfast was delicious”

“Really nice hotel, really family hotel. Lot´s of people on a saturday. recommend this hotel. The food seems really good. ”

“Ägaren var inte så gästvänlig. Det kändes som om vi störde. Frukosten var undermålig och inte så fantastisk som beskrevs. Baren gick vi på nåder honom att öppna och då hade han inte så mycket att bjuda på. ”
