We couldn’t understand why we had to contact the management company every time we wanted to turn the spa on. We totally missed it on Saturday night after the wedding and leaving early to get in the spa. No one responded to our request.We had to call to get the front door to lock because the batteries needed to be replaced. The TV controllers were very confusing. We were told not to use certain ones but none of them were labeled and batteries needed to be replaced.We couldn’t get the outside speakers to work. The game room TV controller wasn’t to be found but someone finally found one that worked from the house.Renters should be notified that the driveway is so short. Pickup trucks are normal for Texas and we only got two to fit. The out of state family rented a small SUV but we still couldn’t close the gate. The gate closing was important to keep the deer out of the yard. The dead deer on the fence was not a good site for small children. Thank goodness you were able to get it removed in a day or so.Now the positive comments. The house was big with a master bathroom to be talked about. Everyone had a turn or two showering there. The master bedroom door didn’t close properly so we just had to monitor when someone was in there. The house is beautiful and spacious. Wifi reception was great too.
