Tucked on a quiet downtown block with scenic views of Bald Mountain, this three-story residence blends the charm of a classic New York brownstone with the warmth and alpine soul of Sun Valley. From the marble fireplace and walnut cabinetry to the brass fixtures and white oak floors, every square inch has been meticulously designed to feel intentional, elevated, and effortlessly livable.

Step inside on the ground level and you're welcomed by a refined yet cozy entryway. Just off the entry is a spacious king suite with a flatscreen TV, en suite bath, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Down the hall, a flex room offers space to work or unwind—ideal for movie nights, catching up on emails, or giving the kids their own hangout zone. A mudroom rounds out this level, giving you plenty of room to store ski boots, backpacks, or stashing gear between adventures.

Take the stairs—or your private elevator—up to the heart of the home: a wide-open second-floor living space where design and comfort meet in full. The kitchen is a showstopper, outfitted with high-end appliances and made for meals that last well into the evening. Whether you're prepping dinner or heating up leftovers from Ketchum Grill, the space invites conversation and connection. The dining table seats eight with room for three more at the bar.
