House was as clean as it could be. Water flooded from weeks of rain, so we had waterfront view lol. But overall a great house and location. Will be renting again

Lovely cabin on quiet cove

We rented this for overflow accommodations during a recent family reunion in the area. The cabin was very clean, comfortable and had wonderful amenities. Plenty of outdoor seating, lots of games and nice kitchen appliances. It is on the very end of a shallow cove so while there was water access, it was not conducive to swimming or boating, however, might have been good for fishing off the bank (unsure as we do not fish).

Anniversary Weekend

My husband and I reserved the cottage to get away from the city for a couple of nights to celebrate our anniversary. It was clean and just as charming as it appears in pictures. It could easily accommodate two couples and several kids in the very comfortable beds. I was most impressed by how well equipped it was, with plenty of good quality linens, pots, pans, dishes, and pretty much any appliance you might want. But my favorite thing was looking out the back windows toward the water early in the morning and seeing wildlife in the yard, including a deer, two hawks, a turtle, and plenty of squirrels and other birds.

Cottage in the woods

The location was perfect for my needs. The cabin was very nicely appointed and staged. I had plenty of blankets and the space heater was a plus when the temperature went to 21 degrees. The kitchen was well stocked with a blender and coffee maker and I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again when in town visiting relativces. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful, clean, inviting home

We absolutely loved our stay at the Blackberry Cottage. It was a warm and inviting home, very clean and cozy, and was a beautiful location! We enjoyed sitting on the patio, building fires, playing on the water, and seeing all of the wildlife. We will definitely come back!

Peaceful and Serene Space

Cozy Cottage was a nice place to come home to. It was clean and new. We were there for a family reunion and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed sitting on the Patio in the morning enjoying a cup of coffee and the wildlife (deer, fox, rabbit). It was clean and new.

Perfect place for tournament fishermen

My tournament partner and I brought both boats and the wives. Nice circle drive for parking boats and vehicles. With permission from the owner to park on the yard, you could probably fit 4 rigs on the property. Nice ramp 1/2 mile down the road. The home has all the necessities we needed for our 10 day stay. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. We grilled out a couple nights, had a couple fires out back. No concerns about getting equipment stolen or broken into, very nice neighborhood. We even had neighbors come introduce themselves. Probably one of the best properties we have ever stayed and next time we come to Grand Lake, this would be our first option.

Beautiful stay!

We stayed here for BMR this year. Not only is it close to the park its absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We had an excellent stay. Everything was easy and we had everything we needed for our weekend! Great place!
