We charge a cleaning and linen fee to all guests, as well as a damage protection waiver. Airbnb combines these fees into one "cleaning fee" on their platform.

The cleaning and linen fee covers the cost of cleaning the property after each guest stay, as well as providing fresh linens and towels. The damage protection waiver covers any damage to the property that is not caused by normal wear and tear. For Airbnb bookings, they combine the cleaning and linen fee and the damage protection plan.
