GORGEOUS MAKEOVER! R E L A X i denna två-nivå lägenhet bredvid River Run Ski Lodge. Med neutrala färger i hela världen kommer du att njuta av denna helt ombyggda lägenhet med granitkök och bad, mattor, välvda tak och en ny eldstad. Denna lägenhet är utsökt, rymlig, mysig och varm. Vardagsrummet har två skjutbara glasdörrar som leder till ett stort däck att koppla av, med en gas BBQ.

Plats: Den här egenskapen är perfekt för sportentusiaster och familjer som älskar snöskidåkning, cykling, vandring, bad och fiske ELLER för gäster som vill gå till stan och shoppa och njuta av våra finaste restauranger. Ketchum centrum ligger bara några kvarter bort - utsökta klädaffärer, femstjärniga restauranger och ett fantastiskt nattliv väntar på dig.

Skidåkare: åka till River Run stollyft eller gå några hundra fot för att njuta av en fantastisk vandring upp Bald Mountain. Alldeles intill Sun Valley's 48-mil anlagda cykelväg.

Specifikt:
 * Sovrummet på bottenvåningen med KING-storlek säng w / bifogat badrum och bänkskiva i granit, jacuzzi med travertinväggar och golv. Stort och underbart!
* Övre sovrummet består av en dubbelsäng och en separat enkelsäng. Perfekt för två par eller en familj. 3/4 bad har full glasad stor dusch, ny handfat och inventarier med travertingolv och kakel. Ett stort plus är den nya Maytag-högeffektiva tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Tvättmedel ingår.
* Loftet har två stolar av bönor och en 27-TV med video och DVD. Bra utrymme för barn eller vuxna att få lite lugn tid.
* Fullt utrustat kök erbjuder dörrskåp av trä och glas, stämningsbelysning och är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Köket har travertingolv och vardagsrummet har Berber-mattor.
* Vardagsrum med fjädersoffa, 2 stolar, gas mysig öppen spis, 40 'platt-TV med DVD; 2 skjutbara glasdörrar som leder till grill / utsiktsdäck. Koppla av, äta och smutta på.
* Utomhuslagring är intill ytterdörren för skidor, fiskeutrustning osv.

The location is terrific -- steps from the hike and bike trail and just a short walk to the river, gondola and town. The condo was clean and comfortable and adequately stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and it was nice to have access to bikes and the pool. Susanne was very responsive and accommodating/easy to work with. We look forward to visiting again!

Sun valley weekend

Excellent trip at a great condo right next to a great mountain. Mountain biking, hiking, gondola up the mountain. Concert at the lodge, short drive to hot springs and a short drive to a lake for paddle boarding. Cool park just a short bike ride away on the wood river paved path.

Sun Valley Ski Weekend

This property is as close as you can get to the River Run side of Sun Valley. The private ski locker is awesome. The condo is well appointed. Also, walking distance to Ketchum. We didn't have to communicate with the owner as we didn't have any isdues.

Spring Skiing April 2025

Fantastic location in easy walking distance to ski area and downtown Ketchum. Property is clean, comfortable, well equipped for cooking, and quiet. Use of ski locker at River Run Lodge is a big plus if you are skiing.

User-friendly Condo Close to River Run

We stayed for a week during the 2025 World Cup Finals. We did a bit of skiing, but were mostly there to volunteer and watch the races. We instantly felt comfortable and at home, a quiet refuge after our busy days. Very clear communication from our host, with simple and easy check-in/check-out instructions. As other reviews have mentioned it is on the second floor, but the stairway to the front door was very well-constructed and solid. The interior stairway to the second bedroom and laundry is not quite as nice, the treads are a bit shallow. If you have trouble with stairs this could be an issue, but as active 71 year-olds we had no problem. Would definitely book again any time we are in Sun Valley!

Stayed here pre-World Cup March 2025. Easy walk to River Run base area. Ski Locker is awesome benefit! Condo is well set-up on top floor. 10/10 would stay again.

Great location - Great condo

The condo is so close to the ski lifts, walk to downtown shops, restaurants and entertainment.What i love is the condo is so well equipped. Having cookware that is quality, knives that are sharp, so you can cook your family and friends meals is something we struggle with in many of our previous rental properties. The bedrooms were setup with nice bedding and en suite bathrooms with quality products. The beds are very comfortable.Bonus is the upstairs den/yoga space. Great for a kids retreat or morning yoga.Suzzane is so great host, so kind and helpful and responsive.

Nice condo, great location

Condo was perfect layout for our group of 4 women. The locker at the ski slopes was a great bonus. Definitely worth staying here for. Condo was also walking distance from downtown Ketchum and close to bus stops.

Location, Location!

This property is a well located and comfortable condo a short walk from the Riverrun Base area. A huge plus is the on mountain locker, or I should say locker room. This nicely appointed - and large- locker room allowed us to store our ski gear at the base, which made walking back and forth to the condo very doable. As for the condo, its kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need - and more- to prepare meals there. You do have to keep in mind that this is a second floor condo. However, the stairs were easy to navigate, and this condo is a quiet and comfortable place to sleep, as it is located on the second and top floor and is an end unit. A very nice plus is the host's responsiveness. We had a couple of questions, mostly driven by our "operator errors", and our very capable host got back to us immediately. Very much appreciated! If you are going to Sun Valley, this is a property that you should take a hard look at.

Older complex but clean, comfortable and close to River Run

I would not let the fact that this complex is older scare you away. The unit is clean, comfortable, stocked appropriately and is easy walking distance to downtown Ketchum and River Run Lodge. The host was very gracious, helping us with the TV set-up via a phone call. Bonus: if you are a skier, the unit comes with a locker above the rental shop at River Run, which we found super useful. We'd return for sure.

Wonderful Visit

Great space with deck walk to slope or 15 minutes to town stayed in summer has 2 portable ac units that helped in the afternoon if needed. Bikes were average but worked for short rides small adults. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Wonderful Stay in Ketchum

I would give 6 stars ⭐️ if I could! The condo had everything you might need, and the layout worked well for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable, and since we ate most of our meals in, we found the kitchen to be EXTREMELY well-equipped!!! The condo was just as pictured, and it was just a short walk to the gondola, so it was easy to come back in for lunch. Having use of the ski locker at the base of the mountain was a HUGE plus so we didn’t have to walk back to our condo in ski boots. We did not have a car, so the close-proximity to the city buses was a plus too, especially since we had one non-skier in our group. We took the bus into town for grocery store runs and for an evening out in town. We enjoyed meeting many locals - Ketchum is not nearly as touristy as other ski towns we have visited - and everyone was super nice and helpful when we had questions. One thing to note, which many locals told us, is that the ski slopes are slightly steeper here than ski slopes in Colorado, Montana, or Utah. Green runs here are more like blue runs in other states. Although we are not highly advanced skiers, we managed fine once we learned which slopes suited us best. I would highly recommend this condo if you are considering skiing this mountain.
