  • Den ultimata Florida Keys getaway! Flamingo Nook ligger vid Key Colony Beach nära Marathon. Sekretess är vad som skiljer Flamingo Nook från andra Key Colony Beach egenskaper.

    Flamingo Nook är nyrenoverat. Det är inhägnad och gated med lätt tillgång till vatten till både Atlanten och Gulfen. Du kan docka din båt precis vid huset!

    FUNKTIONER:

    Två master sviter med privata badrum, queen size-sängar, sängkläder, plattskärms-TV, Wi-Fi och takfläktar.

    Fullt utrustat modernt kök, alla nya apparater, Corian handfat och bänkskivor med bord och stolar mot höjden.

    Tio fots skjutdörrar öppnar ut mot poolen som värms upp för vintergäster och kyls för sommargäster.

    Poolen har ett 5 "djup med bänkskivor på två sidor, det perfekta stället för att njuta av en sval dryck. Paraply Tiki nyanser en del av poolen för att undkomma eftermiddagssolen.

    Vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa, två svängstolar och en 42 "Smart TV, DVD-spelare, Wi-Fi, kabel-TV och laddningsstation för bärbar dator / mobiltelefon.

    Franska dörrar öppnar upp från vardagsrummet till en privat skärmad uteplats med bord och stolar. Din utsikt från ena sidan av uteplatsen är av poolen, Tiki och docka. På andra sidan finns en fyrhålig putgreen som omges av frodigt tropiskt lövverk. Landskapsbelysning tänds grönt för nattsättning.

    En ny brygga innehåller ett Slide Moore-järnvägssystem på varje pelare så att din båt enkelt kan dockas utan piskor eller korsningar.

    För fiskeentusiasten levereras en stor betefrysare och stånghållare undercover inuti det avskärmade rummet. På kajen finns en fiskstädstation, vattenslang och kraft.

    På sidan av fastigheten finns ett stativ som är inställt för torkning av fiske och dykutrustning. Dessutom ingår en gasgrill, ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare, och fyra Beach Cruiser cyklar. På gatan är det gott om parkering - inklusive en plats för en båt trailer.

We had a wonderful week here. This house was perfect for 2 couples. The boat dock was great. Bikes were fun for a short ride to sparkys landing.

Beautiful house! Was our 2nd year there!

Perfect in every way

The location of this home is perfect! Quiet but just a short drive to great restaurants. Absolutely loved the private heated pool! We would definitely book this again!

Excellent vacation

One of the best places we have stayed in KCB. We stayed at Flamingo Nook for 2 weeks. The place is beautiful! The pool, the screened porch and the entire home is beautiful! You can tell it has recently been refurbished and that the owners take pride in their home! We have already booked for 2026! Thanks for a great vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could t have been more pleased with the house. Loved fishing for snapper off the dock and pool was very refreshing. We used the grill and ate in the screened porch several times. The washer and dryer were very convenient. The beach towels and chairs were an excellent bonus for us. We couldn’t really use the Cabana Club because of the overwhelming smell of sargassum. Over all an excellent house. Would recommend maintenance on all of the TVs. The ones in the bedrooms do not work at all; they have nothing connected to them. The one in the living room had no sound; even with the sound bar. Adding an in water light to the dock would be great as well. Also, some sort of way to clean the pool. There were a few storms and the bottom of the pool became very dirty. There was no way to clean it except a net that did not work for the bottom.

Quiet and relaxing!

Beautiful place to stay. The private pool was a huge bonus for us, we were in it all day long. Enjoyed being on the canal and watching the boats, birds, and jellyfish. The house has everything you need. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

It’s the most perfect rental in Key Colony

Loved our stay at the Flamingo Nook!

Everything was as described. I have rented in Key Colony multiple times and loved the location, the property, and the canal. Rental was clean and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans. Had a little bit of an issue with the hospitality app that was used for check-in/communication not showing new messages but that is due to the app and/or my phone and I was very happy my call was answered on the weekend to help us check-in. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay at Flamingo Nook. The location is fantastic. Key Colony Beach is a beautiful and convenient community, almost in the middle of the Keys. The design and privacy for the pool and deck are the highlight of the property. On average we spent at least 8 hours a day enjoying them! Two small areas of disappointment: (1) when we checked in, we had to vacuum the kitchen floor (egg shells and large food crumbs from prior visitors were on the floor); and (2) the listing and welcome binder both said there was cable included in the rental, but sadly there were no cable boxes. On top of that, the bed room TV was unplugged and the outlet is very high. Aside from this we would definitely stay again and will recommend Flamingo Nook to anyone!

Perfect!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The water is seriously out your door. We had a couple of concerns based off the reviews. The kitchen sink was replaced. Grill was brand new and had 2 new tanks of gas. Pool was clean. Great central location for day trips to Key West. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Stunning!

When I booked this property, I was already hooked on the amenities. But then I got there it was more than I could ask for! My family (boys 10 and 7 + husband (I mean really 3 kids! Ha) and I enjoyed seeing the manatees, pelicans, herons, yellowtail snapper, mutten snapper, etc off the dock. To top it off swimming after a long day of being on the boat. It was amazing! We will be booking here again.
