Nytt på hyresmarknaden! Ett främsta hem på en förstklassig plats! Detta 3 sovrum, 2 badrum hem är en av ett slag. Ett hus på bottenvåningen med en stor öppen planlösning och enkel åtkomst ger gästerna friheten att sprida sig och njuta av allt detta tropiska hem och grunder har att erbjuda.

Detta hem är varmt och inbjudande och vackert inredda i en avslappnad tangentstil. Med ett stort, välutrustat kök har gästerna allt som behövs för att förbereda och njuta av dagens färska fångst. Det finns gott om matplats med en stor frukostbar, matsal, avskärmad veranda med ett uteserveringsbord och uteplats vid poolen.

Det stora sovrummet har utrymme att spara och kommer med en king size-säng och badrum i sviten. Separera hans och hennes fåfängar, stort badkar, separat dusch och privat toalett gör detta stora badrum till en reträtt i sig. Skjutdörrar i sovrummet ger tillgång till den avskärmade verandan med utsikt över poolen.

Båda rummen är stora och bekväma med drottningssängar i vardera. Dessa två rum delar ett gästbadrum med generöst utrymme för att flytta gratis och enkelt. Hemmet har luftmadrass och sängkläder.

Medan gästerna hälsas med en vackert välskött ingång, är det den privata trädgården som skapar en tropisk oas och gillar gäster. Holiday fishing trip

This home was very accurate in the description. It was perfect for 2 grandparents and a family of 3 with a 13 year old boy. We rented a boat and fished daily. The property had a fully stocked kitchen, grill, cleaning table, bait/fish freezer -Truly everything we could possibly need. We had the hot tub and pool heated, worth it! This is close to everything, easy walk to sunset beach and Beautiful neighborhood. We plan to return to KCB and would absolutely reserve this home again. Thanks so much!

Fantastic home away from home!

Everything was just as described! Enjoyed the labeling on light switches. Fully equipped kitchen, nothing was missing I needed. Will definitely have this home on my list to rent again

A little slice of paradise

The layout of this house was perfect - big open kitchen and family room with the master on the opposite side of the house as the other bedrooms, plus my own sink with counter space in the bathroom! We played corn hole and enjoyed the pool after a day of snorkeling and boating. The back yard feels private with the foliage. Only down side is the beeping from the construction, which isn't a big deal if you are gone for most of the day.

Very comfortable home.

Excellent Key Colony Beach location. Very nice pool and hot tub. Used both daily. Dock is nice, but limited space for anything bigger than 24 ft due to owners boat on lift. Would be nice if owner made available the kayaks, beach chairs and umbrellas stored away.

Key Colony Comfort

We love staying in Key Colony Beach! It's easy access to the water. It was our first time staying with our one year old granddaughter & she loved the boat & the water! This house is roomy & a great stay for families.

Nice house

This was the second time we've stayed at this home. Very nice and great location. Be prepared to buy all toiletries and kitchen extras. We left behind all of this including soap that was not there and dishwasher detergent as well.

Great Location and Beautiful Property

First I want to start by saying that this was typical 2020. The time I had booked for rental a tropical storm was due to skirt the Keys. The property manager got with the owners and they were able to push back my reservation a few days so we didn't get affected by the storm. That was overly generous and was more than I could ask for. The house was in great shape and had everything you could ask for. The back yard and pool were perfect for relaxing after a day of fishing and grilling up the fresh catch. There were lights and hoses everywhere so it made cleaning your boat, gear, and fish really easy. It was a short walk to Sunset Park where you can watch the nightly sunset which was a great surprise. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be visiting again.

Much needed 2-week family get-away

After months of Covid-19 worry and quarantine, spending 2 weeks in our little family of 6 bubble in the keys at this lovely house was an uplifting, relaxing experience. We made so many memories boating, fishing, cooking and swimming in the pool on this vacation. The house is immaculately clean, and we did not worry one bit about any germs. Comfortable and roomy with a well-equipped kitchen, the house is positioned in a great spot on a canal in Key Colony Beach. It was quiet and the backyard feels secluded and lush with mangroves and trees. Kids loved spotting all the iguanas, swimming in the pool after a day of boating/fishing and greeting the manatee living on the canal. We lucked out with amazing weather and some of the calmest snorkeling days on reefs like Sombrero where we saw a trio of enormous spotted eagle rays, nurse sharks, a color wheel of tropical fish and coral. We splurged on a private sea plane ride to Ft. Jefferson on the Dry Tortugas, and that was a breathtaking experience filled with history and nature. I think the location is a huge benefit of this house as it was beautiful all around it and not a bad drive to Key West. Communication with the property manager was easy and clear, and she was very responsive We would absolutely stay at this house again!

Fishermans Paradise

We just spent a week here and it was perfect for our needs. The dock was awesome and easily fit our 29 foot boat. Very convenient access to the ocean and vaca cut. The second refrigerator and chest freezer in the garage were key. The pool was amazing. We would definitely come again.

Great house and nice location.

Just got back from renting this house for a week on May 18th. Its was very nice having the pool there. The house is beautiful and clean. We will definitely be back. You will have to shop for the household items after you see what the previously renters left behind. Wish they would supply at least the trash bags for the kitchen. A suggestion to get a makeup mirror in the master would be nice for all you ladies. The information for the house as well as all the restaurants and things to do are all in a book which was great. Cant wait to go back!

Beautiful Key Colony Home

Beautiful Key Colony Home with lovely outdoor area on canal. Stayed for 2 weeks with two other couples. Enjoyed the pool as well as hot tub. Rented a boat for 4 days. Enjoyed some great fishing and cooked our catch. Nice grill. Also well stocked kitchen. The only thing I would suggest is buying new pillows for the bedrooms and some pillow protectors. Other than that would highly reccommend staying here. Great location too.
