Fantastiskt nytt lyxigt KCB Canal Home med pool och 4 Master Suites

  • Redan i februari 2020 är detta fantastiska hem för närvarande under uppbyggnad. Vi accepterar reservationer från och med 1 februari 2020. Hemmet ligger på den exklusiva 13th Street i Key Colony Beach.

    Bilderna och videon som lagts till i denna lista är från vårt befintliga Grouper House också designat och byggt av samma ägare för att illustrera stilen och designen och funktionerna som Snapper House kommer att ha efter avslutad.

    Snapper House kommer att ha fyra master-sviter med kaffebar, ett stort bra rum i mitten av hemmet för att samlas, ett pulverrum utanför det stora rummet, en tvättstuga och underbara uteplatser. Den stora privata poolen som är exakt storleken på grouperpoolen kommer att vara privat och ligger mellan huset och den stora ipe-täckta båtbryggan. Det kommer att vara täckt parkering och expansivt skuggat uteservering under huset och bredvid poolen.

    Havet inspirerat av design, detta fantastiska hem kommer att innehålla sandformade porslinsgolvgolv, luftiga och moderna kustmöbler, lyxiga sängkläder, lila madrasser som rekommenderas av ortopediska kirurger och utsikt över vattnet.

Annual Couples' Keys Fishing Trip

We are a group of 4 couples who enjoy an annual vacation together fishing in the Keys. The Snapper House with 4 beautiful suites, great outdoor space and pool was a perfect fit for us. The kitchen / bar area have any item you could need. The Happy in the Keys team was easy to work with and very helpful. By the end of our week we agreed that we'd like to return to the Snapper House!

Perfect in every way

We had a great time for our 2024 Thanksgiving stay. Everything worked, the kitchen and bar were very well appointed and the location was near everything we were doing. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful House

Absolutely beautiful house and perfect for our week stay during mini season. The house was very clean and incredibly well kept. We really appreciated the extra amenities that the house offered. The ice maker, elevator, and private boat ramp were just a few that made our stay easier! Our family loved staying in this house so much that it was hard to say goodbye but we can't wait to plan another vacation here!

Best Vacation Rental we have ever stayed at. This house had everything you need and gorgeous!!

The house is beautiful and the realtor was extremely professional, and addressed any issues and questions we had!! We have already booked this house for 2 weeks in 2023!! You won't regret staying at thus house!!!

Amazing vacation!

Our vacation at the Snapper House was amazing! The property is beautiful! The house has 4 gorgeous master suites. The house has everything you need to cook or grill at home We brought our boat and the dock was perfect. The pool was huge. We will definently be back to this property! Absolute exceeded our expectations!

Our experience with Happy In The Keys was simply the best! We stayed in a villa in Indigo Reed and a property in Key Colony - both were immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Every detail, from the bedding and linens to the fully stocked kitchen and outdoor amenities, showed a level of care that’s rare to find. We used the link to order from Instacart so from the minute we entered the villa we were ready to relax! We felt like we were at home. Communication from Happy In the Keys felt less like a rental and more like a personalized experience. What truly sets Happy in The Keys apart from other VRBOs is the management. Sean and Jose were attentive without being intrusive, responsive at all hours, and genuinely committed to making our stay the perfect retreat. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it reflects in every aspect of our stay. Thank you for making our time in the Keys unforgettable! We will be back next year!

Beautiful House

We had a great stay in January, with family that included my 75yo mother in law. The house was perfect. Great common area, and privacy of the four master suites. The outdoor living space was ideal and used often, and the elevator made it easy for my mother in law to get up and down, and also for luggage, etc. Dock was great, and bait freezer and ice machine made things very convenient for boating. Communication was beyond excellent with the host. Will definitely stay again.

KCB Comfortable! Sad to leave!!

A terrific property. Had a wonderful time. Clean and great place for invited guests to have their own space & areas to gather as a group. Property management support - Sean & Jose were outstanding & incredibly responsive. Terrific memories - except for one - Super Bowl loss. We will be back. Go Birds!

Beautiful place

This place was gorgeous and you never want to leave. The only thing I would change is 1. You need to have tvs in the bedrooms. There was only a tv in the main living area and outside.

The Perfect Week

Once again, Happy in the Keys did not disappoint. This was our second year at Snapper House, our 5th with the Happy in the Keys team and they just keep proving to us that we don't want to vacation anywhere else, or with at any other vacation home. Snapper house is amazing - stocked with everything you will need for a week of relaxation, fun and sun! The kitchen had everything we could need or want, beach towels for days at the pool, comfortable beds for a great nights sleep and enough room for our entire party to have their own space and also come together for meals and evening card games! The outdoor space is spectacular whether it be sunny and beautiful or even a little rainy. From the moment we leave Snapper house we are counting down the days until we can return next year.

Perfect for a group

This property is perfect for a group-whether you want to spend the whole time together or get private time in another area of the house. There’s plenty of space. Property manager was extremely responsive and we loved that they took care of everything. Check out was a cinch! We are recommending to our friends!!

Perfect stay for my 40th birthday

We booked this beautiful home for my 40th birthday and had family book 2 other properties from the same individuals, all great! Communication with staff/owners was easy. Property was well kept and had so much to offer. Between pool, dock, games (cornhole and ping pong) and outdoor lounge seating… you’d never HAVE to leave the property to enjoy your week. Marathon was the perfect location and speed. Key Colony Beach is a very nice area to be in within Marathon as well :) Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Would love to return someday and will definitely recommend to others.

Almost Perfect

We have been renting in KCB every year for the past 35+ years. We are always looking for the ultimate place to stay. This came close, just fell short a few minor ways. The house was great and seemed well kept. The kitchen supplies were top notch. The bathrooms in every bedroom are fantastic. The only downside: 1). The house faces East (sunrise) so if you’re looking for afternoon sun, you’ll have to go elsewhere (in Jan the pool loses sun at 2 pm). 2). This is a top notch place, the beach towels were not. Nice matching (thick) beach towels would have matched the caliber of the house. 3). It would have been nice to have some condiments in the house on arrival such as salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc. every place we’ve stayed previously has had them.

Third time staying with these hosts. House was clean, great location, Sean was very nice and showed us around. Kitchen is well stocked. Outdoor area by the pool is superb. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, looking forward to returning and will recommend to anyone intending on traveling to the Keys.

Happy in the Keys Wedding

This place was exactly as the pictures promised! Absolutely gorgeous place, with privacy and fun for everyone. We had a small private event catered here and everything was perfect. Close to Sunset Park, shopping, turtle hospital, boats, you name it! HIghly recommend this place.

Marathon Paradise

We enjoyed everything that the Snapper house had to offer. The property manager was available to us 24/7and handled any issues we had in a speedy manner. We loved everything about this vacation home. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Amazing vacation rental for family!

We hit the jackpot with this vacation rental. Perfect for our multi generational family trip. Pictures don't do it justice! Quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Easy to walk to sunset park to watch the sunset. Great layout for vacationing with a group. As a new mom, I loved the elevator for the stroller when baby fell asleep on our walks!

Ultimate Adult Get-Away

This home is so beautifully done, I don't even know where to begin! It's clearly been designed by someone who has rented homes for travel before and knows exactly what they are doing. From having tons of silverware and plates (ever stay in a rental that has a single set of 12 forks for a group of 8 people? Total pain to have to hand wash them between breakfast and lunch!) To the ground level fridge for extra drinks (no running upstairs for drink while in the pool) to the commercial ice maker (we filled our cooler to head out on the boat and the thing had pretty much refilled by the time we got back), they just thought of everything you may need for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. Its 4 master suites, which was perfect for our group of 4 adult couples taking a vacation without all our kids! If you haven't ever vacationed without kids, highly recommend giving it a try! The common areas are so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space was absolutely perfect. The pool was amazing to have after being out on the boat all day. And Key Colony Beach was such a nice area! This place is 5 stars in every aspect. Grab some friends, split the cost and I promise you won't be disappointed!
