Helt nytt lyxigt radhus i Key Largo

Denna underbara 3 sovrum 3 badrum bad townhouse ligger i det tropiska området Kawama. Denna enhet genomgick en fullständig renovering som slutfördes den 5 juli 2018. Det har porslin trä trä plattor golv hela, ett vackert kök med rostfria vitvaror och kvarts bänkskivor och marmor badrum. Enheten fick också alla nya möbler, inklusive king size-sängar för både master sviter, tv och dekorationer under ombyggnaden. Ingen kostnad har sparats!

Kawama ligger i hjärtat av Key Largo bara två miles söder om John Pennekamp Park. Det finns nära att fiske och dyka båtflottor som erbjuder både grupp- och privata charter samt många bra lokala restauranger som erbjuder det bästa i färskt havsmat och nyckelpalé. Theatre of the Sea och The Dolphin Research Center är båda bara miles away och båda erbjuder en på en delfin interaktion samt många pedagogiska marina shower och turer. Den berömda Post Card Inn Resort och Sandbar (tidigare kallad Holiday Isle) ligger precis längs vägen, liksom några av de bästa båtlivet Florida har att erbjuda.

Radhuset är en nyrenoverad ändenhet med en ljus och rymlig planlösning som ligger precis vid saltvattenslagunen. Den första våningen har ett sovrum, ett badrum och ett vardagsrum med en 55 tums LED-TV och en mycket bekväm L-formad soffa. På andra våningen finns ett ljust öppet vardagsrum, uppdaterat kök med alla nya apparater, ett badrum och balkonger på framsidan och baksidan. Den främre balkongen rymmer en helt ny gasgrill medan den bakre balkongen har ett skärmskåp och plysch utomhus sittplatser. På tredje våningen finns de två mastersviterna, båda komplett med nya möbler och privata balkonger samt det rymliga, uppdaterade mästerbadet. Enheten levereras också med en anpassad lyft 2015 golfbil golfbil med plats för fyra och är perfekt för att utforska grunderna eller köra ut till punkten för lite fiske eller andetag med utsikt över nycklarna solnedgången.

Trailer parkering och användning av gemenskapens båt ramp ingår i denna hyra. Dock slips finns i Marina samt kajaker och paddle boards.

For the win

Fantastic 3 level unit overlooking the lagoon with sceeened decks on upper two levels. Newly renovated white and spacious with showers on all levels so everyone had their space. Less than a minute walk to one of the pools. Perfect location for day trips to everything. 90 minutes to Key West. 90 minutes from the Miami airport.Golf cart allowed us to get out to the peninsula and watch the sunrises and sunsets.Many families around the other units and very calm and respectful vibes. Oh And the iguanas!!!

Beautiful place!

There is so much space in the unit. It overlooks the lagoon and you can sometimes see fish swimming by. It was convenient to have a golf cart. The place itself is quite lovely and very clean. It is a mile off of the main road so it is quiet. Great to have a washer and dryer to use as needed in the unit. There are 3 different balconies facing two different directions. I’d stay again if I ever return to Key Largo.

Great location

We had a great stay! The location was great with restaurants close by and the pool was a short 2 min walk from the back door. The golf cart was perfect to ride down to the Mariana and have a fire by the beach. We swam with dolphins at a local business that was a 1 min drive in the neighborhood and did snorkeling tour that was 5 miles away. Great trip!Would definitely go back. Only fyi is there are three flights of stairs to get to top floor in which two of the bedrooms are in. No issue unless you have a hip issue like the mother in law Thanks for the stay and we will be back

Great location in Key Largo

This is an open, bright and clean place centrally located in Key Largo. The multiple pools, playground, plus swimming in the lagoon were much appreciated. The condo was as described and well equipped, and overall property is kept in nice condition. Communication was excellent. Would stay here again.

Perfectly relaxing

The condo was in a great location close to the pool, lagoon and ocean and easily accessible by golf cart. The home is newly renovated and has everything you need to cook, relax and enjoy your stay. Beds are super comfortable and the AC works great. Fast communication from management. Each floor has multiple balconies to take in the outdoors. You will not regret renting here!

Relaxing stay

We were 3 families that had a very relaxing stay at the Kawama house. Very safe gated community with private beach, pool, playground and own golf cart which made our trips to the beach and fire pits very convenient. Owner addressed a couple of small issue with cleanliness (unit not used for 2 months) and golf cart very quickly. Beds were comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything we needed, the enclosed balcony very cozy. Intend to go back.

wonderful stay

The lagoon was very fun, it had some of the biggest parrot fish I've ever seen. I wish someone would get rid of the iguanas though! They created a smell near the lagoon. Obviously not a problem with the rental itself, every thing was comfortable and convenient. The pool was very nice and a short walk from the unit. We also zipped around in the golf cart.

Great location and just what we needed.

Great townhouse community. Main floor provided plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Water pressure was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the golf cart... everyone has one for a reason. Clean, homey with plenty of parking. Will definitely come back when going to Key Largo.

Great place in the FL Keys!

Nice Stay

Overall it was a nice stay in a good location. We liked the heated pool and taking walks around the lagoon. There are a lot of stairs in the condo but they did have baby gates installed which was nice! The beds were very comfortable but the sofa on the main floor was like sitting on a wooden frame with some fabric over it. It was well stocked with everything you would need.

Great Key Largo property

Overall, this property was well-appointed and enjoyable. The beds (except for the sofa-sleeper) were all so nice mattress-wise. The main detractors were the lack of instructions upon arriving. We had to communicate with the owners about where the kayak shed was, where the trash area was, etc. We normally get a sheet left for renters identifying various items of this purpose so that we don’t necessarily need to visit with the owners to figure these items out. We did ultimately really enjoy the property; it was just a bit annoying from the start.

Perfect for family

We booked a stay for 1 week and ended up staying 2 weeks because we enjoyed it so much. Jarrett was an amazing host and communicated with me throughout the stay if we had questions or needed anything. The townhouse was very clean with simple decor, which I loved. We will definently be booking again with Jarrett in the future. Book your stay, you wont regret it!
