Detta tre våningar radhus i Kawama är redo att hjälpa dig koppla av under din nästa semester till Florida Keys. Vi erbjuder hyresrätter på kort sikt (be alltid om tillstånd!) och är redo att hyra nu. Vi har också en 40-tums båtlåda tillgänglig och en ramp på plats. Kolla in bilderna! Smakfullt inredda och fullt möblerad med nya apparater och möbler. Överlägset en av de bästa 3 vånings radhusenheterna i Kawama. Plus vi inkluderar gratis WIFI, kajak och marina ramp tillgång. Det finns tre sovrum, tre badrum, två vardagsrum, fyra balkonger och steg från poolen och saltvatten sjön. Denna layout är perfekt för familjer. Jämför bilderna från andra enheter och du kommer att se hur nya vår plats är. Enheten levereras med alla standardfunktioner (köksartiklar, pappersprodukter, bländare, brödrostar, crockpots, handdukar, lakan, spjälsäng, barnstol, Blueray DVD, kabel etc.) samt alla leksaker inklusive tennisracketar, snorkling, fiske poler och tackla, böcker, gratis WIFI, brädspel, dart, flytande nudlar, en "sit-in" -tycka kajak och cyklar. Poolen och saltvatten lagunen är bara några steg från bakdörren och vuxna kan titta på barnen medan du kopplar av på balkongen. Om du älskar att laga mat sedan checka ut alla nya LG rostfria vitvaror, och BBQ rostfritt stål. Det finns en ny full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din tvätt behov. Det finns två 50 + tums TV: ns plus en extra TV i sovrummet. Alla möbler är nya och de två soffor på bottenvåningen finns sovvagn soffor. Hamnen på plats (med båt ramp), havet tillgång, 24 timmars bevakning, båttrailer parkering och tennisbanor gör denna plats det bästa värdet för dina pengar. Du kan snorkla, kajak, fiska eller bara fånga en solbränna från stranden eller bryggan. Tillgång till marinan rampen är gratis. Om du behöver en båtslip eller en golfbil hyra låt oss veta och vi kan hjälpa till att göra arrangemang. Observera att bokningar är minst 7 dagars vistelse och är lagligt tillgängliga. Room for everyone

We were messaged a few days prior to our stay, by the owner. Just to let us know we can check in any time and to avoid driving through Miami cause of an event. It was absolutely amazing. Loved biking everywhere and being able to use the lagoon every day and my kids loved the Kiyana. My mom and I walked to the coffee shop/ truck next to the dolphin rescue center…go see that! And plenty of walkable waterside restaurants. AC was good and cold and everyone had their own room and bed, there were 5 of us. The mattresses were so comfortable!!!!

This home was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect both within the development as well as in Key Largo. The lagoon was so unique and a ton of fun for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Good but could be great

Everything was as stated with the exception of the limitations of the boat ramp. We were unable to use as it was only usable based on tides which for anyone going fishing does not really work. Really need to get new pillows for beds, they were pretty nasty when you removed pillow case.

Nice place!

This was a nice location with balconies on every level. There are 3 levels with 3 bathrooms. The living room is on the 2nd floor so if you have a hard time with steps this would not be the place. 2 Bedrooms on 3rd floor and 1 bedroom at walkout 1st floor. It's a very nicely design place with very comfortable beds which is key! They have everything you will need for cooking. We have stayed many places and can say that they definitely have it stocked. I would stay again.

Nice central location

My husband and I stayed in the unit for our anniversary vacation. We didn't have the golf cart for a few days but Carlos kept us informed as to when it would be available. He did compensate us for the days we didn't have it. The kitchen had everything we needed when we were eating in. The screened in lanai on the middle floor was the best! We used that a lot! The only negative about this particular unit is the bedrooms were on the top floor. That's 2 flights of stairs to carry your luggage up. The beds weren't the best but we survived. As far as location, it's an easy 2 hour drive to Key West and about an hour and 15 min from Miami. Lots of great restaurants nearby and an amazing fresh seafood store that you can ride the golf cart to. If you enjoy pickle ball, bring your rackets! People are out there playing all the time! We would stay here again.

Great times at Key Largo

The property was clean & well maintained. Close to everything in Key Largo & easy access to route 1. The only suggestion would be blinds in the 2 upstairs bedrooms to block the outside lights at night.
