Mycket bra, centralt men ändå tyst och skönt. Utmärkt frukost, sköna sänga, trevligt med vin flaskan man fick vid ankomst.. kommer inte leta efter något annat boende om jag besöker keywest igen..

Trent is amazing!! The property is beautiful and the rooms are nice. The only downside are the window air conditioners which are older and quite loud.

We loved this quiet island feel property. This was so close to Duval but quiet. Pool and room were clean with the "keys charm" Louie at the front desk was awesome and very friendly. Private parking for scooters and bikes. Breakfast and coffee every morning poolside was great. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would ask for is a microwave and coffee pot in each room. Also, the water had issues turning on and off

We have stayed at the Heron House several times over the years. Its nice and quiet but close to Duval. Clean and comfortable rooms, pool and the staff is great.

Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us in our suite ...hopefully your next stay in key west downtown will be more to your liking esp price wise due to location

Cleaner and better condition than others in the area in which I have stayed. Bath sink faucets were temperamental and coffee was weak. Concerned the bed spread/comforter was not clean.

Easy walking distance tqo Duval St. Good breakfast and nice pool. Only drawback was parking. You drop your bags off, then have to find a place to park, which can be several blocks away.

Eine nette Unterkunft in der Parallelstraße zur bekannten Duval Street (shoppen, Pubs). Liegt gut fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Anlage selbst hat einen kleinen Pool, Tischchen mit Stühlen und Sonnenliegen. Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl und ist vollkommen ausreichend. Wir würden das Heron House wieder buchen.

Heron House is so beautiful and peaceful! It was our first visit and it was perfect…..the staff was friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, the pool was amazing and the breakfasts were delicious! I highly recommend staying at the Heron House also as it is within close walking distance to Duval Street! We will be back!!

Front Desk Personnel Patrick was rude and lied about the room. Room #14 is a full size bed not queen. Does not match picture on website. Electrical wires are tacked and hanging everywhere. No place to plug in personal devices. Toilet handle was broken. Bathroom vent screen broken. Gnats in room everywhere. Sheets stained with what appeared to be blood. Other hotel guests saw and agreed. Never going back.

The bed in 14 is a queen we have no full sizes beds .. the personal devices you could plug into the Side table it had 3 plugs that are open NEXT to the bed ...

Overall a good stay due to the location. Walking distance to everything in Old Town/waterfront etc. The staff friendly and informative. Nice property. Room was clean, had everything. Room 12. Outside chairs/table. Room had everything. Could use a new mattress. I’m usually not picky on beds but this was stiff. Breakfast included was good for continental breads, pancake and waffles you had to reheat in toaster oven or toaster oven, bagels, English muffins, mini muffins croissants,fruit yogurt granola, juice coffee etc. not a fan of the microwaved eggs, passed on the sausages. They had happy hour. There were pitchers of something but no wine or beer. The cracker cheese and chips were fine. Overall a good experience with a great location.
