Fantastiskt trägårdsområde, mysigt poolområde o väldigt hjälpsam personal i reception , tänker stanna här igen om jag återvänder till Key west, vilket jag kommer göra!

Toppen!
Mycket trevligt hotell med underbar terass. Fint poolområde. Nära till allt i Key West. Filtret i AC.n byttes då det luktade lite mögel och då försvann lukten.

Mysigt med villakänsla
Superfint hotell med villakänsla. Fina verandor, härlig takterrass och lummig innergård med pool. Rummet var fräscht och hade ett bra kök. Fräscht badrum. Perfekt läge, nära till allt (förutom "stora"stranden som inte var något hit ändå). Hit kommer jag igen!

Great stay
Spent a weekend here with another couple. Great location in Miami, close to nightly adventures and the beach. Great staff and food at the hotel.

Cozy place with walking distance from market
A nice cozy place in the middle of the island. Pretty close to the market (walking distance) but if you want to go to the beaches you will want to take your car or rent bikes. The room itself was very spacious and clean. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable but worked for one night. Staff was very friendly and helped us alot. They even booked a kayak tour for us when we asked them about how to do it!

Bra boende med perfekt läge!
Fint och charmigt hotell med lummigt och mysigt poolområde! Bra läge nära hamn med restauranger och bara 5 min från Duval street. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Kanon helt enkelt! Det enda lilla negativa är att det är lite svårt att hitta parkering.

We had a great time at the Island City House Hotel. We enjoyed the room. We liked the outside porch with sitting areas. The hotel was close enough to most areas of Key West that we were able to walk. It was quiet. The only complaint we had was the room had a mild musty smell. Also there is no elevator if you are on one of the upper floors. We would return when we go back to Key West

This was our second time staying at Island City House hotel. We absolutely love it here! The staff are amazing from the front desk to the housekeepers. The beautiful tropical setting is so serene and relaxing. The pool is awesome after a long day of bopping around Key West or a long night of barhopping. it’s so convenient to have the kitchenette and comfortable to have a living room and porch. We recommend this property very highly to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Key West!

This place was very convenient. We had one minor incident that was handled immediately. They cleaned and restocked our room daily. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Cigar house and were pleasantly surprised how clean and quiet our room and the whole property was. It was nice to take a dip in the pool after a long day of sightseeing. It was very convenient to be able to rent bikes from the hotel which made it much easier and faster to get around Key West. The Staff was friendly and helpful, when I mentioned our door lock was sticking to our room, they had it fixed by the time we returned that evening, they called and left a message to let me know I needed to pick up the new keys at the office. When we go back to Key West we will definitely try to book with them again. We highly recommended Island House Hotel Cigar house!

Excellent place to stay. Close enough to walk just about everywhere but back enough to avoid the crowds and noise. Roomy suite with nice balcony for morning coffee.

Amazing location between Duval street and Mallory square being in a quiet neighborhood but close to most places. Beautiful grounds and room was even better than shown on pictures. Wonderful customer service and very attentive. Would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Key West and would suggest it to anyone❤️

We had an apartment in the oldest part of the building. Directly facing Eaton Street. Very noisy at times. The furniture is getting on in years. It smells old in the rooms. The bathroom is very small. The garden and pool are very nice. The whole complex has flair. The staff are all very friendly.

We had a great stay at the Island City House Hotel! Check in was a breeze and the coupons to the bakery down the street were great especially as my boyfriend was obsessed with their breakfast sandwiches. It was a spacious room with a large balcony and porch swing. Great location as well, super close to everything we did!
