Key West besök
Första besöket på Key West, fräscht hotell med god service. Shuttlebuss in till centrum, vilket var en uppskattad service. Trevligt bemötande från personal. Rekommenderas!!!

Magisk svit
Vi bodde i en tre sovrums svit mot havet. Otroligt rymligt och fint rum, klart prisvärt för större sällskap (vi var 6 pers). Fint vardagsrum/matsal med fullt utrustat kök. Bra sovrum, ett något större med havsutsikt samt två till helt ok storlek. Alla med egna badrum, det större med Jacuzzi och separat dusch. Stranden är väldigt nära och dessa rum har trappa direkt ned till stranden från balkongen. Stranden är dock mest för att ligga och sola på, ingen höjdare att bada från den även om det är möjligt. Det finns en uthyrningsfirma för vattenskotrar och kanoter på stranden också. Poolområdet är helt ok med uppvärmd pool och en poolbar. Nackdelen med detta ställe är att det är ganska långt från "centrum" på Key West, dock erbjuder hotellet en fri transferbuss varje timme.

Mysig anläggning perfekt för avkoppling
Perfekt vistelse på vårt stop i Key West, busstransfer till downtown varje time och mysigt poolområde.

Bra service
Rena rum och fräscht hotell. Ett minus dock för att två rum delar på samma ingång, vilket är lite besvärande. Gratis shuttlebus in till stadskärnan som avgår varje timme fram till sent på kvällen. Detta är bra eftersom hotellet ligger utanför centrum. Bra att parkering finns i anslutning till rummen och man enkelt når hissarna.

Key west
Bra hotell och lätt att hitta dit eftersom de va nära infarten på ön. Liten strand men de hade även en pool. En bit in till stan men de hade en buss som körde in till centrum en gång i timman. Rummen va rätt små men helt ok. Parkering kostar ca 25 dollar tror jag.

Oddly, I liked not having cleaning services come through the room each day. Couple of things that would have made the stay better; kitchen/laundry was not equipped for a six day stay (there was a coffee maker but no filters causing me to by a package of 200 that i would not use during my stay, better instruction on disposing of trash, not enough dish washing soap or laundry soap), over the weekend was surprised to find visitors in the pool area that we not guests at the resort, do not believe that lounge chairs by the pool where cleaned or even hosed down but yet one towel was provided to guest that did not cover the lounge chair causing me to bring my own towel to the pool area to cover the chair. My family enjoyed our time in Key West and our expectation were met.

This place is amazing! Next time I am in Key West I will stay here again. The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious at the hotel restaurant. There is a pool area where you can order food and drinks from either the bar or poolside. It's a short walk from the pool to the beach with chairs along the ocean. It's also kid friendly.

Everything was perfect. I don’t say that lightly. It was not busy season so that could have made a difference. Every meal I ate was fresh, hot and delicious. I will definitely be back!! Everyone was extremely polite and helpful.

Hyatt sold this property 2 months ago, in March 2024. I'd say that since it's almost 20 years old, it's getting a little long in the tooth & that's why it was unloaded. We had the beachfront room. Huge, almost 1000 sq ft., super nice room. Because it's in the 100 building, Hwy 1 is only about 150-200 feet away so there's a LOT of traffic noise when you open a sliding door. The "beach" is only about 30 feet or so wide and the partitioned area of the water that you can go in is extremely small and doesn't even get knee deep so it's useless to cool off in. But, the pool area is great!!! Ate at the restaurant once. The food and service were both excellent. It doesn't have any outdoor seating and it was FREEZING inside, so bring a jacket. Parking was under the building, so your vehicle is in the shade.

I had a fantastic time at Beachside Key West!! The staff was amazing!! Angel was wonderful!! Only one staff person was extremely rude and very nasty during our stay!! He was a shuttle driver and I believe his name was Mark!! Short, Fat and bald headed!! Minus my experience with him, my time at Beachside was excellent!!

A beautiful property with a great ocean view as promised . Our bungalow with the roof top balcony met my expectations to the T. On the flip side, customer service was …..well they can definitely improve. There is reception but any requests are through a text messaging system which sounds convenient but did not work for my stay. I had to make simple requests multiple times and wait overnight to get a reply. Moreover as well furnished as the bungalow was there was not even complementary water available or provided to us, while the housekeeping carts had bottles of water on them …. I definitely would not come back here but try to get more value and customer service for my money spent …

Upon check in was billed a second time even though reservation was prepaid. Let the property know ahead of time was celebarating my wife and I 2nd wedding anniversary-Nothing was done and we weren't even congratulated or offered anything. Phone did not work in room and maintenance had to come fix it. Tv also stopped working two different times but for a 2 night stay did not ask engineering to come again as we were checking out the next day. Only good part was the Brightwild Excursion that left from the property to sand bar.

We lucked this property after staying at the Fairfield Key West for one night and the room was camped. Beachside Resort upgraded us and our ocean view condo unit was amazing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

This property changed from a Marriott too another management company on the day we arrived. We received an email maybe the day before. The email stated that everything would remain the same, which wasn’t true. They had removed the lobby coffee and breakfast, the airport shuttle and the water taxi. They only would come to clean the room on request, which wasn’t told to us at check in. We did like the pool area, beach, and the shuttle to Old town. The restaurants were good and shuttle staff great!
