Not what we expected
We love this property and have stated almost every unit in that complex. This has been our first disappointment. The furniture and decor is incredibly updated, the coffee pot was broken and leaked all over the shower door is broken and has half glass half half curtain, The upstairs bathroom faucet didn’t work well. Only provided one teeny tiny bar soap. They were only a few towels. Overall, it was a big disappointment. The location of the complex is amazing. This particular unit was not good. They can do so much better.

I am sorry to hear this William. We would have rectified the coffee pot situation right away had we known. There is a closet in the upstairs bedroom with plenty of linens and towels for 4 people. Perhaps you did not find it. The cleaners also leave body wash, shampoo & conditioner so the small bar of soap is just for hand washing.

Great time, great location.
Great spot and place for family. I couldn’t find anything about the parking situation which would’ve been nice to know in advance but it’s also possible that I missed it. Parking in places like key west is always a hassle. Outside of no parking for suite, there’s nothing else I think people should know other than it’s a great spot as described and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Beautiful courtyard, convenient location, unit a bit disappointing
The property grounds and gardens and pool were beautiful The unit was well appointed but the hideaway bed mattress was so thin you could feel the metal springs. The wall paint color in the living room was too dark and a lighter color would lighten the feel of the unit. The toilet is way to low to the ground made for a child. The pots and pans need replacement. Despite, we loved the location and the courtyard.

Some things need replacement
We left a note with the cleaners to give to the manager. The coffee pot, wineglasses, oven trays and cutlery need replacement. Some are missing or have been overused. People did not cook much while in Key West but kitchen items do get used. A stand to put personal toiletries in the shower would be useful. The musty smell is quite noticeable. People with allergies might not work to stay. The location and the cleanliness of the unit were both great. Owners just need to check on things more often for replacement. We have owned a similar vacation unit in New Jersey and are aware of what is involved in keeping such a unit in good shape. Not wanting to complain. Just some suggestions for the owner. The sofa can also stand to be replaced.

Great property, great location. The unit was exactly as described. Only slight drawback is the lack of parking. We rented a golf cart for a couple of days and had to park it 2 blocks away one night. Bedroom is very bright at night so we bought sleep masks and had no problem. We would stay here again.

Quiet Hideaway Near Everything
My girlfriend and I enjoyed our 6-night stay at the property. Located only a 1/2 block off Duval, we enjoyed the convenience of being so close to everything, yet able to get away to our quiet front porch when it came time for relaxing. Our only suggestion would be to add a shower caddy in the bathroom to more convenience. Otherwise, the place was clean and well-appointed for a week's stay.

Can't beat the location for the price! The property was as Key West as you can get with lush tropical vegetation nice spots to relax outside with tables, umbrellas, chairs & lights at night and a cute little dipping pool to cool off, you will need & enjoy it! Overall we enjoyed ourselves & would definitely return!

Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, cute courtyard and cottages. King bed comfortable, pullout bed terrible paper thin mattress not suitable for any age or size person. Really steep staircase to bedroom and only bathroom.

Thanks for your review. The property is definitely as described and pictured in the listing. Not great for young kids or older people due to the stairs. We have replaced the sleeper mattress. Thanks for bringing that to our attention.

very nice
this is a very nice place in a great location. close to Duval Street but far enough away from the main crowds that it was quiet. within walking distance of all the major Key West tourist attractions. Lots of good restaurants nearby. CVS is close as well for any essentials. there's also a nice courtyard and the pool was refreshing after a lot of walking in the heat My only complaint would be the bedroom could use better blinds or some curtains as even in the middle of the night it was not very dark. I used a sleep mask and slept fine though. the bed is comfortable and the AC works well

Amazing Resort-like Stay
Absolutely loved staying here. There was a little miscommunication checking in but one of the workers at the complex was happy to let us in the room a few minutes before the check in time. Beautiful courtyard with friendly people within the complex. 10/10 stay

Clean, but needs some updates
Pros-Central location in old town, very clean, quiet, beautiful and well maintained courtyard, plenty of “elbow room” for one couple, but I can see it would be tight for 3-4 people, plenty of towels Cons-bathroom is TINY, decor is dated, bathroom and kitchen faucets need replacing, pillows need to be replaced, fixed or replaced, mattress is a little too firm for side sleepers Overall, it met our needs but seemed a tad expensive for very outdated accommodations. Key West is generally expensive, though, so I guess you are paying for the location! Some very minor fixes and upgraded pillows/linens would make it much better.

Very nice place to stay and relax
Property was well maintained and very suitable as a base of operations for the enjoyment of Key West. Scooter rental next door added to the convenience of the visit. Shared garden, dipping pool, and front porch created a wonderfully relaxing setting.

Beautiful gardens, BUT
Beautiful gardens, very clean place. on the other hand the pool was not running, no filtration, very small, shallow pool. would have been ok, but I was not into soaking with 6 strangers when the jet filtration was off. I did contact the manager and was told this is the pool. Therefore I did not get in. There is also no parking, the street is very busy and first come first serve so we walked blocks with our luggage and spent a lot of time trying to get our car close, which after the first night we were able to, my husband stood in the spot and I ran 4 blocks to get the car, hoping that it was not taken by the time I got there.

Teresa, Thank you for your review. The property is exactly as advertised. Parking is not included which we stress to everyone so it should not have been a surprise. All the documentation we send out prior to your arrival lists places you can pay for parking within a few blocks should you choose to bring a car. For Key West this is a great little hidden gem 1/2 a block from Duval.

Yes, it is OLD TOWN KEY WEST
Great location in Old Town, right between the beaches and Duval Street. Bedroom is large with plenty of closet/storage room. Bed extremely comfortable. Kitchen adequately equiped. Comfortable courtyard. Great shower and very clean. Did not want to leave.

Beautiful property in a great location
The pics accurately represent the property. Julia in the office and the couple that live on site were always available if we needed. Unfortunately my wife broke her leg on our 2nd day and we were forced to leave a couple days early. But before we left everyone did what they could to help us. I couldnt be more thankful. The location is perfectly located just off Duval and a 15 min to everything. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Overall Very Nice
My overall impression of the Nassau Suite, Unit 12 is that was very nice, as described and close to Duval Street. Neighbors were all very friendly and kind. Host was always responsive as was the Property Mgmt folks. This is on me, not the host because everything was as described (bedroom and bath on the second floor), if you have a disability, you may find the steep stairs up to the second floor a little difficult. Even a half-bath on the first floor would be helpful. The shower (although remodeled ), did not have any safety rails in the shower area or just outside, making it somewhat difficult for me to manage. A small shower bench would also be helpful. Otherwise, yes, the place is a bit dated, air conditioner in bedroom was loud...we managed and had a wonderful stay in Key West! Thank You!

Hidden Gem
Perfect spot. Close enough to all the action, but far enough from the crazy for peace and quiet. Beautiful, well-equipped villas perfect for a long weekend or longer. This is our 3rd stay in these villas, and we try to get in every time, but they are quite popular it seems and book out fast.

Nice Place, Great Location
Property was exactly as advertised - relatively modest accommodations, pleasant courtyard, great location half a block from Duval. Check in was effortless, just had to remember a couple codes. The condo itself was unremarkable, but clean and and comfortable and everything worked fine. Property Management was easy to reach by phone and responsive. A flawless vrbo experience, no complaints.

We were extremely happy with this property. The courtyard was so beautiful and the dipping pool was the perfect way to end each day. The house was perfect! Very clean and great accommodation. Loved that the bathroom was upstairs next to the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and anything else you could need. This place was the perfect location for us. Everything was in walking distance but enough distance that you didn't hear any traffic or outside noise. We will definitely be renting this property again!

This place was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere, location, and condo space was just perfect. When we walked in the courtyard to get to our place we were blown away. So stunning. Every unit is quaint, and provides an element of privacy. Although this place comes with a pool it if barely bigger than a hot tub.... but it does have a place to lounge around. We will definitely be staying here again. Just wonderful.
