Remodeled condo

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that the condo was remodeled and in great shape. We enjoyed the hot tub and close proximity to the walking trail. The view from family room was great. We wished the patio had a view but it doesn’t really.

We utilized both condo's (full house) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, the side with the rock fireplace seemed to be more updated and a bit nicer. I think some sort of knob or handle needs to be put on the Master BR bathroom cabinets. They were frustrating to open. Overall, we had a wonderful time as a family and thank you for our stay.

Great communication pre-stay. Great disposition of bedrooms / bathrooms, well-supplied and maintained, and amazing location central to Keystone. Not a big deal since it’s not our home but the beds could be improved (mattress comfort).

Great vacation stay!

The townhouse in keystone was well maintained, kitchen fully stocked, views were beautiful. We got a discount on ski rentals for staying at the property! Hot tub worked and had great views! The living room kitchen space was perfect for our party of 8. Will stay here again.

We love this location. Close to everything. A few complaints

We all loved this home and it’s location. It was spacious and cozy. I do wish the pillows were better quality. When we arrived all the sinks in the bathrooms were not draining. They took care of that quickly. No hair dryer on the third level which was a small inconvenience. We had so much fun and plenty of space for 8 of us. We wish there were some family games. The few there were missing pieces. All in all we had much fun and this home is comfy. Owner is quick to respond. Thank you

Spacious property and convenient location for a wedding weekend

Stayed here for my own wedding weekend and could not have asked for a better property and location to act as our headquarters all weekend. The home was well stocked, and when I discovered a problem or two (dull knives and not enough coffee mugs), the property management team responded quick, delivering the reuqested items by the following day. That level of service and attention really made the stay better for us. Thanks!

Fall quick get away

We decided on a last minute quick get away from Austin where we were still dealing with temps in the 90’s. Breckinridge sounded like a nice change of scenery and weather. Will definitely be back when it’s a little warmer and catch the fall leaves. The house was awesome, plenary of room for three couples.

Nice place to stay

Overall this house was pretty nice. It was roomy with 4 bedrooms so it fit my family of 5 very nice. There were a few things that I thought could have been better. One is that there is no A/C in the house. This usually isn't an issue for Keystone as you can just open windows and get a good breeze but a lot of the windows in this house were broken where you could not turn the knob to open them up. With the wildfires going on, the place heated up pretty quick. The other issue was that one of the bedrooms is on the lower level by the garage. This bedroom was right next to the heater room which did not have a door on it and had all kinds of chemicals inside. I think this room needs a door to keep the bugs and moths out plus if hazardous materials are stored in here it could cause a smell or even worse a fire. I would finish this and put a door on it. Other than that most of the stuff was fine. Hot tub was nice to have and the place was clean. Very easy to find. Its right off the highway behind a small strip mall that has a Mexican restaurant in it and a subway. You don't see that in the pictures. It does obstruct the view of the mountain a bit but it didn't ruin our trip or anything. If I were going to go back, I might look for a place that is not behind the strip mall just to get a better view but I am picky like that.

Very comfortable condo for our long ski weekend!

Great location - very close to Keystone ski parking. Very comfortable and plenty of room for our two families (4 adults and 5 kids). Loved the two car garage and little extras not normally provided like shampoo/conditioner/lotion in bathrooms, extra paper products and even garage remotes for two cars! Highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!

Motorcycle Enthusiats Perfect Location

We had about 8 adults stay here and there was enough room for all. Kitchen was fully stocked ( minus dishwasher soap) and the dining room table was great to have the big meals at the end of the day. One couple hung out in the hot tub and watched the meteor shower. I did enjoy the view from the front deck but nothing to see in the back. The garage was very handy to keep the bikes at night. It was a great find and we will be using your service again in the near future. The directions and the check in and check out were super smooth.

Couple of things- the master bathroom lights above the bathtub needs a new canister. Also the stagnat water behind the home made relaxing in the hot tub difficult with the mosquitoes.
