“We stayed almost a week with breakfast included in our package. The breakfast area is open with friendly staff and two friendly cats. Menu varies daily and food are make to order. Plenty good coffee shops and restaurants close by.”

“I would highly recommend this hotel. Great staff and nice clean rooms and the bathrooms was up to modern day standards. Breakfast was included in my stay and it was delicous every morning. Their cheapest room was priced well but i regret not booking the more exlusive rooms since they were far more spacious and cosy so oll do that the next time. This was on me and not on them. Other thanthat the staff was so helpful and nice.”

“A surprisingly clean place. Fresh towels and sheets. Quiet and convenient location for exploring the city. Friendly staff that speaks English. Only negative was other guest making a lot of noise when arriving back from bars in the night... Please note - No elevator. ”

Missa inte Blind Perception Massage, ej heller Women massage center by ex-prisoners. Båda får högsta betyg. Kommer tillbaka. Anders”

“Lovely, relaxing location as easy tuk tuk ride away to all the local shops, markets and more. Beautiful gardens and very welcoming staff! Highly recommend, excellent value with delicious breakfast and drinks. Try the Butterfly pea tea 🍵 ”

“I had a great stay at HeyHa house. The couple who runs the guest house are Chiang Mai natives. They are super fun to talk to and give great advice. They are laid back and offer nice coffee, tea, and snacks downstairs. The room itself was big and luxurious, with a huge bed. It was clean and they added fresh towels and made up the bed everyday. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and was a great escape from the April heat in Northern Thailand. The neighborhood was a little outside the city,...

“The location is very convenient, close enough to Old Town to walk everywhere easily, but still far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the balcony. It even had its own sink, which was such a practical and unique touch. One thing to note is that there’s no elevator. We were lucky to be staying on the second floor, so it wasn’t too bad for us, but it could be a bit challenging if you have a lot of luggage.”

“friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. ”

“What a fantastic breakfast. One of a kind! The service was extraordinary and help was there instantly. This hotel didn’t have a lot of rooms so it felt so calm and clean. So if you love to be surprised by good food or standard, well here you go! Enjoy. ”

“Good facilities, professional staff. Great pool! Big plus for a very comfortable bed. Location is also good, a short taxi ride from Maya shopping centre and to Night Bazaar.”

“You get what you pay for. This is cheap and simple but ok. Beds are rock hard. I don’t mind. The pool is lovet but deep which I like. The decking is in a bad state. It could be a wonderful hotel with some maintenance. Close to Terminal 21. I would stay here agan ”
