âThere is nothing noteworthy about this property. There are no restaurants nearby and the one in house is not that good in terms of ambience, food choice etc. Breakfast was ok. â
âI had a salty experience with this booking. I booked a premium room from hotels.com. When I checked in, the room I got was underwhelmingly different from the photos I saw on the website. I talked to the staff at reception and the hotel manager. As per them, there are many premium rooms in the hotel, But the photos they put on the website are of the 2 rooms that are in the corners. They said they posted photos of their best rooms. Agreed! But still, the photos of the rooms you put online should...
âIt was very nice and pleasant stay. Deepak took care about each and everything from checkin to checkout, room cleaning and food services etc. Chef prepared Jain food and food suitable for kids. Food was tasty and delicious. They prepared it early morning before 7am also because we need to start early to catch flight. I will like to stay again same place and even suggest others to experience.â
âService is extremely poor. From room service to serving the food, everything is late and incomplete. The staff is incompetent and except a very few they do not pay any attention to the customer's needs. For every room service (water, towel etc.) one needs to call up the reception multiple times. âVery good hotel, the rooms are beautiful, and the view over the mountains are incredible.
Beds are comfy, the bathroom is good and there is a nice breakfast.
Location is not the most convenient, it's along the main road in middle Pelling, the restaurants tend to be more in upper Pelling although all hotels have their own restaurants. âThis is a wonderful hotel. It is a family run establishment and everyone is very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and healthy. Dinner is available in the restaurant and the food was delicious. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location with a stunning view of the landscape. â
âSunnyâs home stay is a perfect getaway. Easy to walk to Geyzing downhill, and if you need a taxi for the short walk uphill, thereâs a taxi station right in the middle of town. Beautiful setting. Sunny will take care of all your needs! â
