âWe felt like family - the staff was courteous, helpful and we lacked nothing. The spa treatments were professional and were just what we needed after a long day of traveling.
The food was delicious- we even had a cooking class and ate the food that was cooked in front of us. I cannot wait to replicate the recipes here at home.

âProperty is old and there seems to be poor ventilation in the rooms specially washroom as they have a heavy smell. Rooms and washrooms are not clean and mattress, pillows needs to be changed they are dirty and very old, not comfortable. Did not like what seemed as a good stay online. No toiletries or tea kettle in the room. â

âThe property is beautiful, located amidst nature, quiet and peaceful.
Staff were excellent in their assistance and nature- very helpful, particularly Robin!
Cleaning staff were excellent too, took every measure to make sure our stay was comfortable.
Lot of activities for kids- they loved and enjoyed the stay.
Overall, very pleasing experience. Would choose none other than Taj for our future stay.â

âThe hotel was an incredible experience. However the staff amd hospitality was unmatched. I have never experienced so much kindness and premium hospitality in any other hotel. Thank you to Praveen, Shelan, Marguerite, Preeti, Ehsan from the dining Aravelli. Also special mention to Abhijeet head of food for making our stay so special. We will be back only for the incredible staff. â

âWe recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Jaipur while travelling from the UK for a family wedding and booked three rooms. The hospitality was outstanding.
A special mention to the FOM, his service was truly top class. Professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, he made our stay feel effortless and memorable. Also, thank you for excellent customer service and support throughout.
A wonderful experience overall. Weâre already looking forward to visiting again in a few months.
