One dining room is located separately for a more formal dining experience and the other connected to the living room, with the third on the large outdoor porch. The outdoor porch spans the length of the home with a propane grill, dining table and chaise lounges.

• Guests have access to the garage. There is also parking for 3 in the driveway.

• There is a ring camera at the front door of the home.

• There is not resort pool access. This home does not have a private pool.

Booking Process:
-Sewee Properties Booking Process: You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. All other reservations require a 50% deposit to reserve the property. The final payment being due 30 days prior to arrival.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
