We had a wonderful stay at Kiawah Island! Caroline was a very friendly and responsive host. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The beach and bike path were just a short walk away, making it the perfect location for a relaxing getaway.

It was a great stay. Amazing communication! Very clean! Great location (though the closest boardwalk has stairs rather than a ramp; had to go down to the next one for a ramp for the cooler). Screened-in porch was nice. Comfy beds. Just note there’s no ice maker in the refrigerator and there are no ceiling fans inside.

Wonderful Week!

Perfect Location to Beach

Unit was located a short walk from the beach on beautiful and quiet street. Perfect location to let our toddler ride bike or walk as a family to the shore. Unit was very clean and stocked with cooking essentials (pots, pans, coffee maker, etc). Host was responsive to questions. We plan to check availability for future visits.

Wonderful location in Kiawah

My family of four spent a long weekend here for the Kiawah marathon and had a wonderful time. The home is really comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is great - you are nestled in a beautiful neighborhood and walking distance to the beach, with a couple of different public access options. The owner is very responsive and got back to me immediately with any questions I had. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you!

Our favorite rental

We love staying at this cottage! It’s spacious and comfortable. It’s close to the beach (you can hear the surf) and to the park. There’s a deck and a screen porch. Caroline is easily accessible via phone/text.

Perfect Location!

Had a great stay at this Kiawah property! Check-in and check-out were super easy with detailed/concise instructions and keypad entrance. The house was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, etc, but you will want to bring pantry staples with you if you plan to cook (ie salt, pepper). The best part of the house is the location! The beach is a 2 to 4 minute walk, making it close enough to go back and forth to the house with ease for bathroom breaks and snacks. Host answered my messages in a timely manner and was receptive to my feedback.

Great location!

House was as advertised, but the best part about this place is the location! Loved that it was in a more residential area with mainly houses (vs. condos) and was SO close to the beach. We enjoyed biking and walking around the area and it was centrally located to the park and close to the Sanctuary. Would definitely recommend!

Summer Fun

Property was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that Kiawah would only issue 2 passes. We had a party of 4 with 3 cars. Not being able to park 3 cars in the driveway was a bit of a hassle. No fault of the owner, and I would stay again If we only needed 2 passes.

Perfect Getaway

This was our second time staying in Kiawah. Last year we were in the same neighborhood, different house. This space was WAY nicer, more updated, and more comfortable to stay in. 5 minutes from the front door to the water. Quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and very kind. Peaceful Retreat to Kiawah

What a great home to stay in at Kiawah - less than 5 minute walk to the beach each day (perfect), clean home, spacious for a small family (2 nice size bedrooms - 1 ensuite which is perfect privacy for mom and dad; 1 bathroom open to home which is practical for day use); serene back porch; outside deck/outside shower and water spigot for feet - perfect for getting back from the beach); clean/stocked kitchen with all needed items. Loved the bike racks hidden with landscaping to the street (out front). We couldn't have asked for anything better and more practical for plenty of Island adventuring during the day and relaxing in at night. We hope to be back!

Peaceful Property

This property is located in a quiet area of Kiawah just a short walk from the beach and close to parks and pools. It was exceptionally clean, fully furnished and well maintained. Owner was available for questions and very helpful. Will certainly consider staying here again.
