Fantastisk Kiawah 3 sovrum lägenhet - 5 minuter till stranden!

Läge, läge! Njut av semestern vid havet på Kiawah Island! Denna uppdaterade 3 sovrum, 2. 5 badrum villa är bekvämt beläget i hjärtat av West Beach. Det är bara en 5 minuters promenad till stranden!

Villaens första våning innehåller de tre sovrummen och 2 badrum. Det första sovrummet har en queen size-säng och har ett semi-privat badrum som också öppnar mot korridoren. Det andra sovrummet har också en queen size-säng och delar ett Jack N 'Jill badrum med det tredje sovrummet som har två enkelsängar.

Flytta till andra våningen, det öppna konceptet planplan husar de viktigaste bostadsyta, kök, matplats och halv badrum. Vardagsrummet har en platt-TV och bekväma möbler att koppla av efter en lång stranddag. Det finns också en bäddsoffa i queen-size. Halva badet är precis utanför vardagsrummet för bekvämlighet. Köket är fullt utrustat och har allt du behöver för att förbereda en utsökt måltid. Matsalen har plats för 8 gäster. Det finns en stor balkong med utsikt över cykelvägen och den vackra naturen som Kiawah har att erbjuda.

Gör minnen utanför - med det vackra Atlanten, bara några minuters promenad från villan.  För ett riktigt äventyr, ta öns cykelvägar över till Freshfields Village eller Bohicket Marina för underbar shopping och restauranger eller åka över till Captain Sam's Spit för att titta på delfinerna som trollkar i vattnet!

** UPPDATERING januari 2019: Kiawah Island investerar 100 miljoner dollar i nya anläggningar i West Beach-området, inklusive ett nytt 5-stjärnigt hotell, konferenscenter, kapell och klubbhus för Cougar Point Golf Course. Ett uppskattat slutdatum i början av 2021 har fastställts för dessa projekt. Comfortable and cozy condo in a wonderful location

We loved the closeness to the beach. We could hear the waves from the back deck and the beach was a 3 minute walk around the corner. Loved being at the west end where we could walk down to beach walker park and captain Sam’s inlet. Love the bike paths on Kiawah and the beautiful green landscaping. Drinks at the Sanctuary is always a treat too. The condo was clean and comfortable and the views out the back were beautiful.

Fun for the family

My family and I loved the location. It was a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. We spent time at Heron Park, which is less than 2 miles from the residence. We were 45 minutes from my mother in North Charleston. The area was peaceful and the residence fit our needs. We spent most of our mornings on the beach and then we visited other parts of Charleston including the Market, Battery and Waterfront park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning soon.

Quiet Spring Break retreat

This condo is in an extremely quiet location, and time wise quite far from activities for teens. When we booked, we didn't realize it would be over 50 minutes to get to anywhere we wanted to visit. The condo itself was nice, master bedroom was a bit musty, but expected for the area. Kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals if needed. The Xfinity TV channel guide was non existent, so relaxing and watching a bit of TV in the evening was difficult. Overall the condo was lovely and pretty clean, but for our family wanting to see sights and explore, this unfortunately wasn't the best choice for us to rent.

Great location

Overall had a great stay. Location to the beach was phenomenal. Property is starting to show some wear and tare, but overall great stay. The plugs are worn in most bathroom/bedroom areas (I had to hold my wife’s hair dryer plug in the socket so she could use it without it turning off). Owners were great to work with, and check in/out was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Vacation

Wonderful location! A quick walk to the beach, relaxing patio, friendly neighbors and a cute shopping area. We had to contact the property management for issues while staying (not their fault or the owners) and they were incredibly prompt. One issue was with a dishwasher and they brought us disposables just in case they couldn’t fix it (they did!). Will consider returning in the future!

When the outside garden hose burst, we immediately contacted the property management company. It took numerous calls to get the water shut off for the leak. Had someone from our party not been present when a property management person arrived, we would have come back to no water (main tunred off without our knowledge). The entire situation could have been dealt with better, but it was Christmas and we were patient and understanding.

Villa had not been cleaned from previous renters.

When we arrived late evening, the Villa had not been cleaned. We were offered an upgrade with the impression that it would be for the full week. After we spent an hour checking out the new location we were told it would be just for the night and that we would have to pack and unpack. This just wasn't feasible with 3 small children. We chose to stay in the uncleaned Villa until housekeeping could come the following morning.

Disappointed

The unit was not clean, there were no towels in one of the bathrooms, no kitchen towels, the blow dryer was 100 years old and broke, the blenders glass handle was scotch taped together. For the amount I paid I expected more, very disappointing for Kiawah. I have been coming there for over thirty years. This was the absolute worst rental. Everything was thread bare and dirty, the one toilet was filthy behind the seat, bug legs everywhere on counters, pieces of soap stuck to the tub, the water in kitchen took forever to get hot. The water in the shared bathroom only got warm after running for a long tine, it never got hot. I would never rent there again nor recommend it. Extremely disappointing for what we paid.

Perfect house for what we needed

Well maintained, has everything in the kitchen you would need to cook. Bedrooms are a descent size but the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Living room and dining area were also a great size.

Great vacation

Family Trip to Kiawah

The condo was good. We liked sitting on the back deck drinking coffee in the morning with all of the trees in the back and being able to hear the ocean. It was a good location for us as we had some friends staying on Surf Scoter lane right behind us and we could take the bike path right behind the house to go visit or shoot down to the beach in less than two minutes. It’s almost as if you’re staying in a jungle right next to the beach. The leaky shower head, broken door handle, cooking pan, and dryer were taken care of as soon as we asked. The unit did smell a little musty but that’s to be expected of an older condo. Beds were ok - a little firm for us and AC worked really well. I would stay here again. Kiawah Island is beautiful. There is a small town center close with some cool shops and a grocery store. Miles of bike paths and the beach is huge. We saw sea turtles two nights we were out!

West Beach Kiawah

Great townhome near Cougar Point GC in West Beach neighborhood of Kiawah. Perfect location for golfers, families, or couples. Short walk to the beach and can hear the ocean from the balcony. Easy parking and plenty of space in each bedroom. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Would definitely go back. Thank you for hosting a great weekend!

Great place, great location!

We loved staying here! It was a short walk to the boardwalk/beach/ocean via a path that is right behind the condo. Very clean! Would definitely stay here again!
