The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and features a king-size bed, a private bathroom with his-and-hers vanities, and a private balcony. On the first floor, there are three guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom includes a queen bed with an attached private bathroom. The second guest bedroom also has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the final first-floor guest bedroom, which contains two twin beds. The last guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the primary bedroom on the second floor. It is furnished with two twin beds and is connected to a spacious den equipped with ample seating, an HDTV, and a pool table.
