  • Beläget på Cinder Creek i Kiawah River, detta underbara 3 sovrum, 3. 5 badrum hus har allt. Det är den perfekta familjen tillflyktsort att uppleva allt som Kiawah har att erbjuda: tennis, golf, cykling, fiske, vattensporter, djurliv och mer. Detta populära hem har moderna möbler, expansiva sovrum och en privat pool. Det är den perfekta kombinationen av avkoppling och kul för alla grupper av resenärer.

    När du kommer in på huvudnivån i hemmet, hälsas du av det expansiva vardagsrummet från golv till tak fönster som låter det naturliga ljuset skina i hela hemmet. Detta rum gränsar till matsalen, som har ett stort runt bord med plats för upp till 6 gäster och unika öppna hallskåp, vilket gör att alla bostadsområden kan flyta samman.
    För att flytta till det fullt utrustade köket är det vackert inredda med bänkskivor i marmor, toppmoderna apparater - inklusive gasutbud, dualer ugnar och vinkylare - nytt skåp. Den massiva centrala ön, som har barstolar för 5 gäster, är det perfekta läget för att underhålla. Det finns ett frukostbord i köket med plats för 6 gäster. Det sekundära vardagsrummet, precis utanför köket, avslutar hemets otroliga bostadsområden och erbjuder en TV och mer möbler att koppla av.

    Den rymliga master sviten (sovrum nr 1) ligger på första våningen i huset och har ett vackert ombyggt privat badrum med stående duschkar och dubbla fåfängar.
    Stigande trapporna till andra våningen hittar du de återstående två sovrummen. Det första av dessa sovrum (sovrum nr 2) innehåller en king size-säng, TV och privat badrum med stående dusch. Det sista sovrummet (sovrum nr 3) har två queen sängar, TV och privat badrum med badkar / dusch combo.

Great location

The house has all that you need. The kitchen is spectacular for those who love to cook. Short walk to fishing. Great location for biking to the outermost points of the island. Nature everywhere. Highly recommend.

700 glossy ibis

This home provided a nice base for my family while staying on Kiawah Island. Spacious home with well-stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked great. The home could use some minor updates-a light blocking blind on the double bedroom would be great, and one couch in the family room was very uncomfortable as it seemed you could feel the springs throughout the seat; and a thorough cleaning and decluttering of the garage would help tremendously. Although it is a double garage, it is very small and when we tried to pull our vehicle in during a bad storm one evening it barely fit and it's a Mercedes 450... Anything larger like a Yukon or Escalade wouldn't stand a chance of fitting in the garage. Once we got the vehicle in we had to put up the other garage door and exit that way and go into the front of the house as we couldn't get around the vehicle in the garage because it was so cramped. The rental agency was very responsive to our calls and immediately brought out a replacement iron when the iron died on Sunday morning. Overall this is a great choice in a beautiful well located neighborhood. One suggestion would be to have the cleaning agency also look around the pool area in between rentals. We found it strewn with toys and inflatables upon our arrival. It just gave a messy appearance to another wise beautiful backyard. One of the reasons we chose this property was that it was dog friendly. Unfortunately, the owner has now changed the policy to prohibit pets, so this will dissuade us from returning to this particular property.

700 Glossy Ibis on Kiawah

We so enjoyed our week at 700 Glossy Ibis. The home was clean with a nice open layout and the kitchen was well stocked. The first night there was a smoke alarm battery going off in a locked closet, so that was an issue, as it was Christmas night and no one was available to open the door. Then the next day the house was out of power for at least 12 hours and brrrr it was so cold. Finally it came back on at 8 pm that night. That was a power company issue. The house had a nice fenced in back yard and tile floors making it easy when traveling with a dog. And the location was a bike ride to the Ocean Club and beach. Overall it was lovely. I would be delighted to stay there again.

What’s not to love

Great location. Property is well appointed and very comfortable. Kiawah is a beautiful peaceful pristine location and this house lets you take in the best of golf, biking, walking and admiring the landscapes.

Gorgeous home...perfect vacation!

This home is absolutely gorgeous and well appointed! Had absolutely everything we needed for the perfect vacation On Kiawah Island! It was beyond our expectations and Sweetgrass Properties is amazing to work with!! We hope to stay at this property again and again!! Loved this property so much!!!!

We loved it!

I would have said excellent if it wasn't for the fact that we lien we arrived the cleaning people left before finishing their job and we found cleaning supplies and pans and other things not in place and dirty things that they didn't collect. On top of that there was no electricity in most outlets of the house and the switches are very confusing. The master bedroom lacks lighting and better air condition, we couldn't use a fan because the outlets didn't work. I'm sure that will all be taken care of. Having said that, the house is beautiful, functional, comfortable and very well equipped. We will definitely return in the future!!!!
