Bara listad 6/24/19 efter en nyligen inköp och renovering. Första gÄngen pÄ hyresmarknaden. Vi ser fram emot att vÀlkomna dig till vÄr lugna tillflyktsort! Vakna och njut av den vackra lagunen och utsikt över Osprey Course omgiven av vackra, mogna palmer och ekar som dricker med spansk moss innan du börjar din dag i den underbara Kiawah ön. Njut av en lÀtt, 5 minuters cykeltur till stranden under forntida ekar ner Allé of the Oaks stig av orignal Vanderhorst Plantation. Efter en dag pÄ Kiawas berömda strand, golf eller kajakpaddling, luta dig tillbaka och koppla av till vinden pÄ veranda. Det finns en bra chans att du ska fÄnga utsikten över den rikliga vildmarken och slÄende kvÀllshimlen innan du gÄr in pÄ en natts sömn i detta fyra sovrum hem som ligger tillbaka frÄn Governors Drive. Great House and Host!

Jill was a great host, and we really enjoyed the home! Very spacious for our family of 8, open living room with a great view of the pond and golf course, we saw a lot of deer and birds. Perfect location for biking around the island. We would stay here again!

Lovely Home

Blissful!

This our 8th family visit to Kiawah Island, and we loved every minute this year. Beautiful house, great location and peaceful backyard view. The hostess, Jill, is so accommodating. The other half of our family stayed at the property across the street. It was fun for everyone, and especially nice that the cousins and grandchildren could easily go back and forth. I especially liked that the beach bike path is right there. Can’t wait for next year! This set up worked for us and we’ll all be back!

Kiawah 2023

Renovation was done well. House is nicely laid out for families with multiple aged guests as there are bedrooms on both sides of the home. Good for two small families. I did not like the location right on a main road and the driveway is laid out in a complicated way. The host was excellent in both communication and responsiveness.

Great house easy location

Great location right off Governors Dr Property was clean and well appointed. Our adult family of seven were all comfortable and enjoyed the great view of the 13th fairway on the Osprey Course. Would recommend and stay again.

Copasetic Family Getaway

Osprey Breeze at 177 Governors was a great location on Kiawah with a great lagoon view and more than adequate space for my family of 6. The owner made herself available and we would love to stay there again! Thanks for a great 2 weeks!

Great Layout, Wonderfully Responsive Owner

This is a well-laid out house in a perfect location. It is within the second gate (which is a plus for me) and a lovely, easy, welcome bike ride to the beach. Also easy ride to the Sanctuary Resort and its amenities. There was ample room for 7 people (ages 19 - 52) and I love that, unlike so many rentals, it wasn't just a sea of queen beds. It would be an easy house to have younger kids in as well - two of the bathrooms are accessible to all. Perhaps most importantly, the owner was responsive before and during our stay - ready to offer guidance and answer questions. It really felt like staying at a friend's house.

Fabulous week

We rented this house and it was perfect for our family for Spring Break 2020 Take 2. We had four couples - so everyone had their own space which was very nice. But we could also hang out in the common area to watch the wildlife, play games, or just enjoy each other's company.

Perfect Island Getaway

A fantastic home with a fantastic owner. Jill provided a helpful guidebook for recommended activities and communicated quickly with answers to our questions. The house is right on the bike path which makes it such an easy and beautiful bike ride (about 10 minutes) to the beach access. The home is perfect for families and couples a like with plenty of room to relax, gather, or work if needed. You will definitely be happy with this home!
