Welcome to our OCEAN FRONT villa located in Shipwatch on Kiawah Island!! Walk into the open kitchen/living room with cathedral ceilings and tons of natural light overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. Flat screen SMART tv's in the living room and both bedrooms. Guest room has two full size beds with a balcony overlooking the beautiful beach and ocean. There is an on-suite full size bathroom. Owners Suite has KING BED, flat screen tv, two closets, full size bathroom, and a balcony with OCEAN VIEWS to enjoy the breezes!!

Shipwatch Villas are conveniently located in West Beach Village and within close biking or driving distance to Freshfields Village for your grocery needs, ice cream shop, boutique shopping, and dining! Please feel free to ask about the many activities available to you on the Island. I'm happy to help set up your perfect Kiawah getaway.

Downtown Charleston is less than 30 miles away.

No smoking and no pets allowed. This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, WIFI/internet, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service and a starter supply of paper products, toiletries, and detergents.

Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly activities. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. The place was ultra clean and has a great view. The beds are very comfortable. Location was great and very easy to access. Great access to the beach where you can setup cover or rent chairs and umbrellas. The only feedback is to replace the sofa and fix the sliding glass door from the living room to the balcony. It is really hard to open and close especially from the outside. The curtains in the room with the two full beds does not move easily. All minor things that can be easily fixed. Again, I can't express how clean the place is and how great the location is.

Killer View

We couldn't have been happier with the unit, it's location, cleanliness and the incredible view were top notch. The 4th floor balconies were great viewing platforms for the evening deer and brown pelican fly byes. Caroline was responsive and helpful from beginning to end. This is our 18th stay on Kiawah and this one was the best!!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights while in town to visit our son. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy sitting out on the balcony more. So beautiful and relaxing!

Fantastic Views and Location

This property is in a perfect location and has an amazing view of the beach. We were even able to spot dolphins while siting on the balcony. The condominium complex is just a short walk to the beach (few minutes max) when using the nearby private boardwalk. The host was very responsive. The only minor issue we had is the water pressure in the main bathroom shower is a little high.

Perfect Fall Getaway

October is the best time to visit the beach. Crowds are gone, and weather is cooler. This condo has a perfect view of the beach, and Kiawah Island is one of the most beautiful places to visit. This condo was perfect for our trip to attend a wedding in nearby Mingo Point.

Enjoyed a girls' trip with my mom and two. daughters before school started. What we liked about the condo: -ocean view, close to the beach -master bed is super comfortable -building always had clean elevators and hallways -playing games in the family room -saw lots of baby sea turtles hatching

Beach/ golf trip with kids

Great oceanfront villa- good location in west beach - We enjoyed our 4 nights and really liked riding bikes in the morning and evening on the beach. It is a family friendly beach. Fabulous golf courses in the area. The villa had all the main staples to allow for meals at villa.

Fantastic location and view

We stayed at this property for a wedding. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The unit was fully stocked with kitchen and beach items. The view was spectacular. And Caroline was so responsive throughout our 4-day stay. Would definitely stay here next time we’re on the island.
