Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is at 10am. A lockbox is available on-site for easy and flexible self check-in. We try to accommodate early check-ins when possible and can usually confirm on the day once the property is ready. Late check-out may be available; please contact us for pricing and availability.
Security Deposit
A fully refundable £500 security deposit can be requested for your bookings. This can be paid through via our secure third-party link. The deposit is returned after checkout, provided house rules are followed and no damage occurs.
House Rules and Neighbor Respect
This home is located in a quiet residential area. Guests must respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum at all times. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances.
Cameras and Security
For safety and protection of the property and our guests, there are external security cameras covering outdoor areas only.
Home Layout
The property is divided between the main house and the annex, providing privacy and flexibility for families, groups, and contractors.
Parking
There is ample private parking available, making it suitable for families, multiple cars, or contractor vans.
Hot Tub
The hot tub must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in to ensure proper preparation.
Pets
Well-behaved pets are welcome for a small fee. Please do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and ensure any mess is cleaned up before departure.
Fireplaces
The fireplaces are original decorative features and add character to the home. For insurance and safety reasons, they are not operational.
Kitchen and Supplies
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, coffee machine, air fryer and full cookware. We do not supply salt, pepper, cooking oils or other ingredients. If you require these before arrival, please let us know and we can arrange them.
For the travel cot, bedding is not provided; guests should bring their own. A highchair and travel cot can be set up on request at no extra charge.
Housekeeping
Complimentary housekeeping is included for stays longer than seven nights. For shorter stays, additional housekeeping or extra items may be arranged depending on availability and pricing.
