âGreat place to stay.close enough drive to everything.saw deer turkey Sandhills crane and pheasants from or very near property.definitely would stay again.only complaint would be is hard to keep water out of floor while using shower â
âThe property is great. Big decks with a great view. Itâs basically a BNB type house that has private rooms that are nice with connected bathroom. We found a great place - Riverview Bar with live music sitting outside - almost across the street. â
âThe Islander is a unique and lovely gem on Flathead Lake. The island themed room decor and local access to regional activities and dining is great!â

âThis was a comfortable stay, and an affordable option for the whitefish area. Their breakfast was good and offered plenty of options. The hotel is a bit older and definitely needs some updating but overall it was a good stay. â
âThe front desk staff were excellent. They were able to combine my reservations so that we didn't have to check out and in every day. (We had multiples because we could extend our stay on the existing reservation, and had to book a new room for each day)
They were very pet friendly -- even provided a goody bag for the dog on check in. And it was great to have a park just across the parking lot for walks!â

The dog walking area was not great. It was very small.â
