Cozy 3 bedroom Unit-Close to beach and shops in Kill Devil Hills!

  • Conveniently located with private entrance and deck with self check-in keypad. Half mile from the OCEAN-one block from the Albemarle SOUND! Perfect beach home for couples, families, or solo adventurers.
    This is a Duplex style layout-this rental is on the top story/upper level of the complex. Your entrance and space shown is private for you, and completely separate from the other apartment. Lower unit is completely separate and available for rent on Vrbo as well if more space is needed!

    *Please read all the way to the bottom.* This apartment is located on the Outer Banks, NC at Milepost 6, soundside. It has a private entrance with full kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, & two bathrooms. The kitchen has an oven, new refrigerator, sink, microwave, 12 cup coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, & basic kitchen items (pots & pans, plates, glasses, utensils, etc). You also have access to the private front porch.

    Make sure you don't forget to bring your beach towels & sunscreen!

    Bedroom #1, to the right when you enter, has a queen bed with large closet & dresser.

    Bedroom #2 is connected to a full bathroom with comfy king bed, dresser, two large closets, and tv with streaming capability.

    Bedroom #3 Kid friendly double over twin bunk bed with toys and board games.

    The 2nd bathroom is right beside the queen bedroom.

    *The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment.*

    The living room has a sectional sofa, recliner for lounging, and Smart TV with streaming capabilities through Roku.

    Please Read:
    **This home is a duplex style layout and this rental is located on the top story/upper level of the complex. Your entrance and all of the space shown and listed is private for you, and completely separate from the other apartment. ** There is no washer and dryer for guest use however we have a laundry mat only 5 minutes from the house.

    The lower apartment is completely separate and available for rent on as well. It’s a two bedroom one bath with kitchenette if you are looking for additional space.

We enjoyed our visit. Property was comfortable, had supplies that pleasantly surprised us and nice and cool! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Queen bed needs new mattress pads as both were stained. Property could use a deep cleaning

We booked this listing to stay for one night before heading north to our rental on 4x4. The house is easy to get to and helped beat the turnover day traffic. It is convenient to restaurants, the beach, sound tand stores. The house was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

House was nice. Black carpenter ant problem in the master bath. Plastic shower curtains need changing. Was a pleasant place and in the right spot for all the tourists locations.

Property was nice; however, for a price of almost 2000 for 5 nights we were disappointed to find that the beach house had no laundry facilities so we still had to come home and do laundry. Would book again if no other properties were available, but would look for availabilities with a washer and dryer first.

The property was inviting and the temperature perfect upon our arrival. We were given valuable information for the surrounding area and there was close beach access. The beds weren’t super comfortable, but, adequate. Everything was super clean and it was a great value!

Awesome stay

Had a great time apartment could use better utensils and a couple more throw blankets for larger groups ! Spices also need to be available , salt, pepper were very limited ! Was clean and had great time over all !

First Time to OBX

My son wanted to visit the OBX beaches and Jockey Ridge my parents wanted to relax and unwind. The house was perfectly located between everything we wanted to do. It is just as described and very clean. The house was stocked with necessities and the host, Yvonne, had fresh flowers, chocolates, and a postcard upon our arrival making us truly feel at home. I can’t wait to book again!!
