  • Charmig irländsk stuga i lugn miljö bara 20 minuters promenad, 5 minuters bilresa från Killarney centrum. Vackert presenterad, nyrenoverad med gammal irländsk charm. Rymlig inom och utanför med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet.

    En bra bas för att utforska Killarney och turnera i Ring of Kerry. Perfekt för golfare, cyklister, vandrare och upptäcktsresande. Killarney har några av Irlands bästa golfbanor, är välsignade med miles av säkra cykelvägar och har spektakulära promenader och landskap.

    Stugan är rymlig men mysig. Det har alla moderna bekvämligheter för en trevlig vistelse samt höghastighets bredband, TV med Netflix och barnleksaker.

    Det finns till och med ett älva i trädgården!

We loved that it was not in the heart of downtown Killarney which is so busy. We loved the quiet neighborhood and accessibility to the town.

We had a great stay at Terrence’s cottage! It’s in amazing location & suited everything we needed. We had a minor hiccup when we checked in, & Terrence was very responsive! Overall we had an excellent experience!

What a cute spot! It's north of town and in a quiet neighborhood. It took me about 20 minutes to get into town without kids and 35 with kids. Perfect place for my family! It has a nice backyard for the kids to run around in and the upstairs had games and toys that were well-loved while we stayed here! Highly recommend renting a car as we did not and we relied heavily on taxis (which is no problem but it probably was more expensive!). Thank you Terence!

Comfortable cottage, close to everything

A very spacious cottage close to everything in Killarney, including the National Park, Dingle and the Ring of Kerry. Terence was a very helpful host and easy to communicate with.

Charming and convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rose Cottage. Just outside of the city but close enough to be very convenient. The home was in very good condition, beds were comfortable and it made for a great location from which to explore the West. Very quiet as well and nice to have the Nespresso machine. Also a great, covered back patio.

We stayed for three nights as a multigenerational family of six. The cottage is in a quiet, charming neighborhood just a few minutes from Killarney town center, Killarney National Park, and less than 10 minutes from the train station. Lidl and Love Laundry were both nearby and very convenient.The cottage is small but worked well for our family, especially since we spent most of our time exploring. There was plenty of hot water, and the appliances were easy to use. A bonus tip: turn left when leaving the neighborhood for a beautiful scenic overlook of the lake and national park before heading into town towards the right.Our only complaint was that the towels had a musty odor when we arrived. Washing them when we did laundry easily solved the problem.Overall, this is a comfortable, well-located cottage and a good home base for exploring the Killarney area. You will want a rental car or plan to taxi to and from town. We did book two private tours with Kerry Experience and The Gap of Dunloe OConnors and both tour guides were fine with picking us up at the cottage. Enjoy beautiful Killarney!

Wonderful stay

The cottage was perfect for our group of 6 friends. Beautiful property, quiet neighborhood, and close to downtown. Comfy beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus a few thoughtful extras like coffee and biscuits. The owners gave us many tips on places to go for food, drink, etc. We hope to visit here again and will see if the cottage is available!

Lovely cottage

We had a wonderful, peaceful visit. With 2 teens, a preteen and 2 adults, we had plenty of space (and enough hot water!) to truly relax and enjoy ourselves in this charming location. Terence gave us all the information we needed and was incredibly prompt with all communication. This was a fantastic home base for our Kerry adventures!

So comfortable

The cottage was lovely and in a quiet neighborhood. Most things were available when we arrived, with Lidl, Tesco and Aldi close by. Tesco has a fabulous laundry no cash, detergent or softener needed. We enjoyed day trips.The path directly across from cottage leads to a field , high enough for spectacular views.

Great Quiet House near Killarney

As four adults (a couple and two singles) we enjoyed this house. It was well equipped, private and quiet. The house has a nice character with older wood trim yet modern appliances. We walked into town a couple times (Lidl is really close) as traffic into town could back up a bit, but we also chose to drive on other times. The area is amazing with so much to do and see. The host was great and was flexible when we needed to add a day on short notice.

Amazing home away from home

Our family stayed in this well equipped, clean and cozy cottage including 6 adults for a wedding in Killarney. It was close to town and even had a pub in walking distance. So enjoyed the ability to have a common area to share both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommended!!! The owner was very kind and informative and readily answered my multiple questions. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home. Lisa

Great property, would definitely stay again.

Just on the outskirts of town it was easy to navigate to town center within 10-15 minutes tops. Grocery store less than 5 minutes away as well. Lovely home, Terence was a fantastic host and instructions were very clear. We stayed 3 nights and our toddler LOVED the toys provided. We also ate every breakfast and a few dinners outside on the lovely back patio. Very private and was safe enough to let our toddler roam the yard. Would definitely recommend if you are traveling with small children! One caveat is the stairs- but we just slid the couch over a bit to block them and it was fine. We had a great trip!

Quiet well-kitted out holiday cabin just outside Killarney

Just what my wife and I needed, a 3 bedroom place to gather with our adult children. Near Killarney and its amazing National Park. Private parking for two cars in front of this newer semi-detached cottage, one of a series along the street. A five minute drive to the rail station or other central Killarney spots; would not recommend for people without a car. Lots of toys and games for fams with younger kids. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, no washing machine. Sleeps seven. Knotty pine wood panel interior, very cosy.

Lovely house in great location

House was spotless with all amenities and a lovely garden to relax in after the day trips. Kids loved the swings by the tree out front. Thanks for a lovely stay.
