“4 of us stayed in one room and it was extremely comfortable. Walls are really thin so you hear everything which is tough, but luckily both my kids zonked out from a long day of skiing. Owners were super nice and you’re not going to find a better location. Everything is within 5 min. Excellent stay, will come back.”

“gym was well equipped the woman's changing room reeked of urine as the toilets were not flushing. Everything was musty and smelled awful. The steamer room was closed , the heated pool entrance was filthy The Mountain View was exceptional even though the weather was horrible ”

“Place is beautiful well kept rooms are clean nice sized. My only “complaint” was hot tub area which is fabulous opens at 10am, and we were leaving that day at 9. But that was a very minor inconvenience I will be back next year for sure! ”

“This property is very dated, and it shows it, through flow around the three buildings to get to the amenities, parking areas, fixtures, appliances, dilapidated exteriors, bathroom, and common spaces. These buildings are 45 years old and they wear it. The room was a fine space to spend a weekend, but a cheap, clunky, ugly portable 'closet' installed between the bedroom and living room in place of a wall interrupted the flow of the unit in a jarring manner. “My friends and I had a great time at The Greenbrier Inn while we were on a weekend trip skiing. I was able to book my room quickly and they had availability even the week before at exceptional pricing. Steve was very accommodating even when we got to the inn late Friday night. We called prior our arrival to make sure we could get our keys as the front desk does have its hours and were told specific instructions to obtain our keys. “Familjeresa (roadtrip) med två småbarn, och vi tyckte att Rutland var en deppig stad och att hotellet var daterat och tråkigt. Hotellet ligger längs en väldigt trafikerad motorled och verkar ha några år på nacken. Rummen var nog det tråkigaste vi bott i på länge, sängmadrasserna alldeles fjädriga och flyttade på sig så fort man rörde sig i sängen. Barnen gillade poolen, även om vi vuxna tyckte den var i minsta laget. Vi har bott på ganska många Hampton Inn i USA, och det här var det tråkigaste. ”

“The grounds are beautiful. The room was lovely. We did have an issue with the thermostat and controlling the temperature. Our greatest issue was the fact that even with the resort Wi-Fi connected and the password put in, the service was so poor that the phone wouldn’t work from one second to the next which made it incredibly difficult, almost impossible, to communicate with other parties on the grounds and coordinate for the event we were attending. “The lady who greeted me at the desk was AWESOME. She noticed that I had parked in the handicapped space and offered me a handicapped room for the same price. It was a total relief since the new room had a walk in shower. Unfortunately, I couldn;t tell if it was the tiles or that the floor was just dirty, so I did not shower even tho the rest of the room was spotless.”
