Newly renovated and spacious 2Br/2Ba condo at Mountain Green Resort is just an 8 mins walk to Killington Mountain, Snowshed Lodge. During the ski season, take advantage of the free shuttle to the mountain for door to door service.

The space accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Offering a full kitchen, two full bathrooms and a total of five beds (includes queen sleeper sofa). TV`s in each room with free WiFi and Roku (in BRs) for streaming. There is no cable TV.

The unit is located in Bldg 3, along with all the resort amenities. Guests can enjoy the newly renovated indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and fitness center 9am-9pm. The outdoor heated swimming pool, BBQ grills and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Spartan Race weekend.

Mountain Green is a family-friendly resort. Quiet hours are observed between 10pm to 8am. No parties/events. No smoking/vaping inside the unit or in the shared spaces. No pets or unauthorized animals allowed by guests. The resort will impose a $500 fine. There are cameras throughout the common areas of the resort.

There are a lot of great restaurants, night clubs and local grocery stores along the access road to Killington Mountain.

Contactless self check in with your own personalized code. There is no concierge service.

Ski Lockers in front of Building 3, labeled A4 & A4A. Locker keys are with the white key cards.

Black Dog Sports is open for equipment sales and rentals (Level C)

The Cluckin` Cafe` is our seasonal in-house restaurant (Level C)

Coin-operated laundry facility (Level A)

**ANNUAL RESORT RENOVATIONS from May - November. You may experience noise or other inconveniences. The porch may not be available due to safety**

**CANCELLATIONS made within the free cancellation period will be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee**
Please observe the resort`s quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

Please store your snow equipment in the ski locker located in front of Building 3. Do not bring skis or snowboards inside the unit and do not leave them in the hallway or any shared space.

No pets allowed - the resort will impose a $200 fee for any unregistered animal.

No smoking or vaping inside the unit or in the common areas - cleaning crew will charge a minmum of $200 for interior cleaning and the resort will fine $200 for any outside violation.

When checking out:
- Please turn down the Mysa (white) thermostats down to 60F.
- Please turn off the fireplace, all lights and fans (black remote).
- Please hang the facilities card key and ski locker key (white card on green lanyard) on the hook by the entry door. There is a $50 charge for lost card key and/or ski locker key.
- Please wash all used dish ware.
- Please take out all trash and place them in the dumpsters.
- Lock entry door (press the padlock)

Note: This is our second home, please treat it with care. All issues or damages must be reported during your stay.
