The condo was beautiful and provisions impeccable! Beautiful gourmet kitchen and spa bath. Balcony view was beautiful and location was so peaceful. Morning sunrise views were beautiful. Cell signal is sketchy for calls but texting worked just fine. Just something to keep in mind although that was the case with our old condo closer to the grand… c’est la vie wherever you stay in the general area.I highly recommend 403 Cambridge at Sunrise! Many thanks to the owners for offering such a beautiful place to escape to.

The condo was beautiful! It was updated, clean and organized. It had every amenity that you could want but we did encounter a few issues that made the stay not great. The ceiling fan in the bedroom had a remote that was missing so the only way that it could be put on was from the wall switch which also put the light on. There was no way to just have the fan on. The small AC unit in the living room was not enough to cool the bedroom and without a fan it was too hot to get a good night sleep. The shades did not block out the sun which came up around 6:30 every morning and shone right into the bedroom, blackout shades would have been more appropriate. The listing said there was an indoor and and outdoor pool but did not specify that only one is open at a time which wasn’t a big deal but would have been nice to know that since one day it rained and my kids wanted to swim. I had specifically picked this place because it said it had both. The last issue is that they send you a text to get your code to get into the condo but there is no service outside of the condo so if you don’t open the text before you drive up you can’t get your code.
