“The hotel is great and staff is friendly. They were renovating some area while we stayed but it didn’t affect our stay. The amenities are good.”

“We found bed bugs in room 225 in both beds and silver fish under the covers and we had to vacate the room at midnight and drive 2hrs home because there were no other rooms available in the area. Though unapologetic, the staff did offer a full refund.”

“Great friendly welcoming. The front desk was always smiling and helpful upon arrival and whenever needed. Location is perfect, you have everything in proximity, supermarket, cinema, shopping centers, and blue mountains village. Rich continental breakfast, with open coffee all day. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub as well. Highly recommended. Thank you for the lovely stay.”

“Should say that this was a huge upgrade to the 2 star motel I initially booked. Expedia suffered a glitch and I was upgraded to this place at cost. Nice place, pool was always crowded and loud. Room was nice with small kitchenette but the heating and cooling didn’t work. I addressed this at the desk because they were not answering and also asked for extra coffee for the morning. Neither of those things got taken care of but they did give me $50 for breakfast as compensation which was...

“I believe i found my new secret hideaway. I cannot praise the hosts and resort enough. The condo gives a luxury cottage vibe and thr location is so scenic. The bonus is all day aceess to the tennis courts and the pool and hott tub. Another bomus was the close proximity to the Blue mountain village. There is also an indian testaurant overlooking the pool atea. The resort is nestled in beautiful trees and backdrop of the hills. The condo itself was comfortable, clean and in tip top shape....
