Important Notice: This unit is a 3-bedroom unit offered within our larger 7-bedroom cabin, meaning 3 bedrooms are available for your use and all common areas and amenities. Please note that additional bedrooms and cleaning fees are not included in the price you paid. However, if you access to additional bedrooms, the following fees will apply:

$50 per night, per room for the entire stay in the off season
$100 per room per night in the high season, which is 5/15 - 9/15 and any holiday weekend
$75 one-time cleaning fee per room

CANNABIS POLICY

Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is strictly prohibited on or near the home, property, or premises. We kindly ask all guests to refrain from engaging in any illegal drug-related activity, including recreational or medical cannabis, while on or near the property. In the event of violating this policy, we reserve the right to terminate the stay immediately. Any guest(s) found to be in violation will be subject to an immediate fine of USD 1000, along with any incurred property damages, and eviction. Please be aware that guests who violate this policy forfeit their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.
