There are two additional (separate) apartments on the lower level of the property with their own separate entrances, deck, and parking area ...and they do not share any common spaces with you. The lower units may be available at an additional rate if you are looking to gather with a larger group. Message us if you are interested, and we can let you know if they are available.
Along the cove behind the house there are several docks with boat slips , but they are considered private property and access is not allowed without the permission of one of the slip owners. Please be courteous and do not enter or walk onto any of the private docks unless you have permission.
You will self check-in and use your door code to come and go. We will have a local contact available if you need anything during your stay. You are also free to call or message us anytime if you have questions.
The lakeshore is public access and there is a path directly behind the house to the Lake. Launch your boat right up the street. Boats & jet skis are available for rent in Kimberling City, you will need to contact them directly. We have recommendations in our guide.
