“Amazing hotel! The staff was great, views were stunning (we never grew tired of it!) and the room/rent was extraordinary, wonderful to wake up to the view. The staff were very attentive and helped with everything, even a hospital visit was solved in and out within 30 minutes from the request.
Breakfast was very good, ala carte menu was average.
Very bumpy road to get up there though. ”

Now the rest, I’m an experience traveller and experienced in hospitality and I am ensuring that this hotel can charge such a high price or the poor service provided :
- we cannot driving ourselves and it’s been impossible to find the hotel : the pin location is not accurate (the hotel is located almost an hour from kandy im the countryside) and there are no sign anywhere to indicate the right...
