“Our stay at Mövenpick Bintan was an absolute delight, striking the ideal balance between pure relaxation for parents and endless entertainment for kids.”

“Very clean room.”

“Staff was helpful, sometimes information provided was not accurate. The spa was terrible. It was a 1 1/2 hr spa, The massage ladyfies did not seem to have any spa skills. The actual duration was much less than 1 1/2 hrs. The breakfast was good. The flooring all over the place was not even but bumpy. The room flooring seemed to be a slope towards the window.”

“The staff is outstanding, especially Rafique. Lots of mosquitoes, room mosquito replicant available. There are no Vegetarian food options.”

“Très agréable”

“Priset per natt, dvs 500 SEK för ”comfort room” motsvarar inte alls standarden. Lämpligt pris är ca 250 SEK per natt. Inget varmvatten, badrum/toalett utomhus, obekväma stolar, flera hål i myggnätet t.ex. För höga matpriser, enkel frukor. Fantastisk personal dock som gjorde sitt bästa. Underbar omgivning och strand. Lugnt och tyst.”

“Location: only 5minutes from ferry terminal Resort: Staff super friendly and helpful. Like the vibe on the resort and I feel very relax staying here. Restaurant: food is nice and the waitress also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again!”

“Very nice and clean hotel. Was very quiet when we were there. Rooms have a balcony with view of the beach and pool. Close to a very good golf course even if the greens were very slow during winter. Hotell staff is very serviceminded, great breakfast.”

“Wow what an amazing place - The rooms wonderful, the beach and pool paradise - But the food was beyond great Michelin quality with every bite all of us were delerious. Best of all the people working there so nice and professional -were coming back!”

“The rooms were beautiful and modern in an outdoor setting. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Both our early arrival and our late departure were no issue. Messages were answered promptly on WhatsApp, and ferry terminal pick up/drop off were seamless. Location was excellent - within walking distance of the beach, Lagoi Plaza and Lost in Scale Park and just a short drive to the ferry terminal. The in-room breakfast was also delicious! Lunch at the restaurant was...

“Rooms are very basic. The linens were not very clean and had stains on them. There was also no view from the window. The staff were not helpful at all. I would recommend looking for other places to stay in the area.”
