âElement hotels is my favorite hotel chain. Coming here felt like coming home. The room, cleanliness, breakfast, lobby/working area, amenities, the staff - everything is great. The only complaint I have is that the light inside the closet kept lighting up randomly at night making it hard to sleep, so I had to open the blackout curtain to avoid the constant shift in lighting - but would have preferred to have it dark. Would 100% stay here again and could not recommend it more!â

âEtt helt OK hotell nĂ€ra Mall of Prussia. Ligger nĂ€ra motorvĂ€gen sĂ„ be om rum pĂ„ andra sidan. Balkong i vĂ„r rum!
Vi hade bett om rum pĂ„ "rĂ€tt sida" men det hade inte framförts till hotellet, som tur var kunde de lösa det! Damen i receptionen verkade först lite butter men insĂ„g sedan att hon hade rĂ€tt hĂ€rlig humor!â

âThe staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. They went above and beyond by providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The hotel itself was very clean, and the breakfast was just right. Overall, a great stayâI would definitely stay here again.â

âUpon arrival and check in everything seemed smooth until I got to my assigned room. When I entered a foul smoke room filled the air and I felt nauseous. I immediately called the operator and complained. She said I'll be right there to confirm. When she arrived, she smelled the foul odor that wreaked my room and immediately reassigned me another room. âIt worked for the few hours I needed to stay but the room was pretty dirty. The bathroom had dirt on the floor and the shower was not clean. The floor had some stains/dried liquid that was visible. The beds were clean but one of the blankets had multiple holes in it that looked like cigarette burns? The whole room also smelled like smoke which is not good when the place is labeled non-smoking. â
