Good parking garage, great service desk - but the cleaning could do a better job. Bed sofa had used linnen, there was food in the kitchen sink that smelled bad when we got to our room and there was a tape from a user shirt on the back of the bathroom door meaning the cleaners didnât clean behind the door or theyâd seen it.
With this said, Iâd still stay here again! â
âVery bad when we should check in and our european mastercard didnt work, although we already paid for the whole stay they didnt want to let us check in and not accepted cash so we had to solve it on a late night or sleep outside. Worst treatment ever, and we had 3 kids with us and everyone was very tired of a long flight.

âOK hotel located rather close to Manhattan but it takes a very long time to get there and back, especially on peak times. We had to take a long detour and it took three hours to get to the hotel from Central Park. Rush hours the traffic to New Jersey is crazy. While none of this is the fault of the hotel, I would never stay in New Jersey again since I value our time on vacation.
