“Everything went as well as it could have. The bath tub was clogged and the toilet seat wasn’t secure. It’s a little dated but staff were kind and beds were comfortable. No bugs and very quiet. My service dog was welcomed. ”

“The room was clean but a very musky smell. One bed had a blanket but not the other. The door to the room had a half inch space at the bottom which allowed the cold air to enter and probably bugs in the warmer weather. The breakfast area was clean but cream cheese and jelly had both been opened and used. There’d were no individual servings so didn’t know who had used the items before. Will not stay there again. Had a better experience there several years before. Not the same quality. ”

“The room was great, the service and breakfast were also great. Why the four stars? Hilton had a major issue with their online system so no one could check in. This was a nationwide issue so there wasn't anything that the front desk staff had control over. Not being able to check in when I arrived wasn't a thrill since I had been working since 6:15 in the morning, left work at 5:454 pm, drove one hour and then arrived to be told no rooms can be provided until the system gets back up. “Internet not working but got fixed ”

“Staff was great. The cabin was terrible. The shower head did not work. The staircase was almost impossible the get up and down from the loft unless you were a skinny 10 year old. The parking is very tight. The last night we were there it was 0 degrees and the heater stopped working. I have stayed in numerous hotels there in Blowing Rock and this was the worst.”
