A great B&B with lots of character and set in a pretty little village. Nice room. Lovely cooked breakfast every morning, and very friendly owners who even helped me to sort out a flat tyre on my arrival! Would definitely recommend.

Very quirky
Our stay was in the four poster room, at the back of the house and accessed through the hosts' main living area. Their large and very friendly labrador accompanied us into the room and seemed reluctant to leave, which was a little awkward when trying to settle in. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was a disappointment, being unventilated and equipped with mismatched towels that were well past their use-by date: thin, and with tears across the binding. I couldn't find a hair dryer. The conservatory breakfast area was delightful and breakfast itself very good. If the local pub is closed, the next nearest dinner option is a 15 minute drive away.

Thanks for heads up on towels, we have started a towel replacement programme.We will ensure the hairdryer is more visible we realised it was in the second drawer down. The shower ensuite has a passive ventilation system. In any event we are sorry about the issues you encountered but glad to receive your feedback and that you enjoyed our full English Breakfast!

Lovely eclectic B&B!
Incredibly eclectic place (the outside does not give you an inkling of what awaits inside!) with a lovely couple who have been running it for many years. Lovely cooked breakfast. There are 2 dogs too, great if you are a dog lover as they are free to roam. The local pub is a real local and serves a good dinner.

This former school is absolutely amazing. You could spend hours looking around the place. Great rooms, really well presented and overall quality. The owners are lovely too.

FANTASTIC STAY
I stayed in the single room, and had everything needed! Residence is very unique, and Andrew and Bridget were amazing hosts. Bedroom was even fitted with USB charging points in the plug sockets, and the breakfast was AMAZING! Good quality ingredients, well cooked by Andrew. Will definitely stay again.

A Very Relaxing Stay.
Very interesting and a very charming accommodation, different to anywhere else we've stayed before, a feast for the eye at every turn. The hosts were brilliant, friendly and helpful and the breakfast was superb.

Fantastic spur of the moment choice
We booked a twin bedroom but on arrival negotiated the room with a 4 poster bed. We decided to stay overnight very much at last minute so had no toiletries or bed clothes but despite this found the place very helpful, especially the provision of ear plugs!! Wonderfully comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom. Extreme attention to detail. House is a converted school. Andrew the proprietor was extremely helpful.

Stayed for 2 nights in the four poster bed room. Bed was so comfy, the owners of the b&b was so warm and friendly. They couldn’t do enough for us and made sure we had everything we needed. Also breakfast was delicious and again couldn’t do enough. Would definitely stay there again.
