Nearby is beautiful Bantham village and beach lovingly described as a tiny jewel along this stretch of stunning South Devon coastline. The sapphire blue sea and golden sands make this an unforgettable holiday destination. The waves attract surfers from all around the world but if you prefer a more relaxing stint on the water, Bantham Surf Academy will helpfully provide you with paddleboards, kayaks, wetsuits and all the information you need. Instructors are available to take you out in groups or one-one sessions if you fancy some extra tuition. Just minutes from here is the pretty harbour, where you can while away the hours crabbing, sailing, or just watching the boats go by. The Gastrobuses are a regular summer feature on the beach. Gourmet burgers, Devon ice-cream and amazing sandwiches are readily available all through the summer. Throw in some regular pizza nights with some live music and you’ve got yourself the perfect evening. The village itself is host to a fantastic pub/restaurant - The Sloop Inn. Here you can find delicious freshly cooked meals, an ever changing selection of creative daily specials using some of the freshest fish, meat and game and the finest local produce Devon has to offer. Head up to the village shop which stocks a great range of groceries, newspapers, freshly baked bread and pastries, as well as all your holiday essential including wetsuits, bodyboards and buckets & spades. Its beautiful terrace cafe produces a spectacular Devon Cream Tea which you can sample whilst overlooking the estuary and debating the age old question; Jam or Cream first?

Further afield you can visit Salcombe, Dartmouth, Totnes, Noss Mayo, Newton Ferrers, Kingsbridge and many more lovely villages.

The entrance hall flows effortlessly into a spacious open-plan lounge and kitchen, the heart of the cabin. Here, two plush double sofas invite you to sink in and take a break. Whether you’re enjoying a movie night with the TV and DVD player or simply basking in the glow of the electric fire, this room offers a sanctuary of comfort. A charming chest table serves as a centerpiece, while the bookshelves—brimming with intriguing reads—offer a quiet corner to escape into a world of literature. The large windows present a stunning vista of the rolling hillside, a view that never fails to inspire.

The well-equipped kitchen is a culinary enthusiast’s dream, featuring a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a four-seater dining table perfect for intimate family meals. The electric oven and microwave stand ready to assist in creating delightful holiday feasts, while the kettle and toaster ensure your mornings start with the aroma of fresh coffee and toast. The lower cupboard in the entrance hall houses a washing machine for your convenience, ensuring that every aspect of your stay is catered for.

The modern family bathroom is a sanctuary of comfort, equipped with a sleek toilet, wash basin, and a bath with an overhead electric shower. The heated towel rail adds a touch of luxury, ensuring warm and fluffy towels await you post-bath.

Step outside to discover an enclosed garden. Accessible via a ramp or steps, the veranda wraps in an L-shape around the cabin where the lawn and bird feeders attract a variety of wildlife for your enjoyment. Below the cabin is another delightful decking area where you can enjoy morning coffees or evening cocktails. Surrounded by vibrant hydrangeas and wisteria in bloom, this space offers a sensuous delight. The gentle trickle of a nearby stream adds to the ambiance, creating a symphony of nature. A BBQ, beach balls, bats, and crabbing equipment found in the shed invite you to embrace the outdoors.

Public transport is fairly limited in the area so a car is essential for most days out. The area does have a lot of country lanes which some may not be used to driving in so best to allow plenty of distance to allow for passing and remember that lanes leading to and from beaches can become very busy around mid morning and late afternoon.

If you bring dogs with you please act responsibly and don't let them run loose outside of Willows' enclosed garden area unattended and please clear up any dog poop.
