A short drive to Lake LBJ. Only 3 miles from Boat Town Burger House, Lighthouse Country Club, and HEB. And if the house isn’t enough, let us show you why lake LBJ and Kingsland is central Texas is best kept secret. A quick 5 minute drive to the end of our road leads you to “The Slab.” This is an absolutely stunning area where the crystal clear Llano River flows over pink and black granite and makes small natural dipping pools in the river. There’s granite sand to sprawl out on and even spots to fish. It’s a very unique natural formation that makes for a perfect family day at the River.

If you are a large family with kids or 2 couples with kids this is the place for you. The main house is for the adults and the separate bunkhouse, with its own bathroom, is a kids dream.
Outside we have a 6 person hottub (please note, the hot tub does not have powerful jets.) , a trampoline, swings, a fire pit and a soccer goal.

Only 1 dog crate is provided. Dogs must be crated any time you leave the premises. Pets fee: $75 for the 1st pet, and $50 for the 2nd. Max of 2.

Fun Family Summer Break

The house met our expectations and we found everything as described in the listing. The kids enjoyed the bunk house and the trampoline, the house was comfortable and had everything we needed! Having the crate at the house was very convenient (it was one less thing we had to carry with us). Location is very good, close to all the turistic attractions, Parks, river, Marble Falls (where we ate at a great restaurant by the river), etc. Overall, I really recommend this place to make good memories with family!

Holiday hangout

We really enjoyed our stay. Relaxing neighborhood, big back yard, cool layout and decor. The front porch, fire pit and backyard porch were great for relaxing with a glass of wine. Nice view of lake LBJ from front porch.

Nice cozy spot

Super cute home with a huge backyard. Very pet and kid friendly. Beds were so comfortable and lake beach area was easy to get to. Would definitely booked again.

Excellent lake front property for families with teens!

What a beautiful and comfortable stay at this unique lake front property! We traveled with two families and both have teen girls. The smaller bunkhouse was perfect! You have a beautiful view of the lake from the front porch or have access to a private neighborhood beach that is a short walk or drive. We chose to drive ONLY because we had a lot of water toys. Just like vacationing at the beach bring a wagon to cart everything! The house was immaculate, plenty of games, activities, thought out extras for families and plenty of space to spread out and just enjoy being at the lake. We would definitely recommend and come back again.

Everything was awesome!

Wonderful place to stay with the family! Amazing location that is central to all local attractions and great lake view across the street. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with deer scattered through out. Private beach access down the street and a great little community park with boat launch a couple of miles away. Home has everything you need. Fenced backyard and we were able to take our dog which was an added bonus. Home was very clean, AC works great and beds were super comfy. Communication with property manager was easy and replies were expedient. Definitely recommend for lake LBJ getaway!!

Family Get Away

Our family loved our stay at the lake house. The private access to the lake was perfect. The kids played for hours in the sand and water. The separate bunk house for our older children allowed them to stay up late playing video games and sleep in late the next morning. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals. We also enjoyed watching the deer cross the front yard. Boat Town was a fun restaurant with live music in the evening. We will return!
