Cypress Hideaway – Lakefront Luxury with Pool, Spa & Waterslide

Welcome to Cypress Hideaway, a 4,500 sq. ft. lakefront retreat built in 2020. This luxurious and spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 22 guests and features a resort-style pool and spa (heat available for a fee), a two-story boat dock with a tunnel waterslide, and 3,000 sq. ft. of outdoor living space.

Perfect for family vacations, reunions, or corporate getaways, Cypress Hideaway combines modern comfort with endless entertainment—enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, or relaxing poolside with panoramic lake views.
Inside, the open-concept design includes a gourmet kitchen with premium Jenn-Air appliances, a large dining area, and a cozy family room with a 65” TV and plenty of seating. A separate game room offers a pool table, shuffleboard, Pac-Man arcade, and a balcony with outdoor seating.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
A starter supply of essentials (coffee, paper goods, toiletries, and soaps) is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and a filtered ice maker.

Bath towels, bed linens, life jackets, beach towels, and water toys are also included. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed during their stay.

Suggested items to bring are additional life jackets, extra paper goods, and ice. There is a small H-E-B grocery store 1.5 miles away in Kingsland, and a large grocery store in Marble Falls, 10 miles away, with delivery service.

Wonderful Family Gathering Place

Our family gathered at Cypress Hideaway for a weekend to celebrate our growing family. It was the perfect location for everyone coming from everywhere from Waco to San Antonio.The layout of the house was perfect, the kids loved the bunk room, everyone had their own bathroom, the pool and entire outdoor area was amazing. We had such a lovely time and made beautiful memories. Thank you very much for making it all possible!

Perfect large family vacation home

The house is beautiful. Very clean, lots of room for 2 families and plenty of activities for the kids. I had a few questions when we first arrived but Jon was quick to respond and super helpful. Very clean and the elevator was so helpful for our luggage and the HEB delivery. The kitchen was well stocked and had the basics that every vrbo home should have. We all had a fun, relaxing long weekend and look forward to the next time we're able to visit LBJ. Definitely recommending this house to family and friends.

Great house with wonderful amenities!

Everything was perfect ! Plenty of room for 17! We had 4 kids and spouses and 7 grandchildren ! Swim, play, slide, ping pong ! Great vacation !

birthday gathering

This house was so comfortable and clean. We made use of the elevator for our aging grandparents that joined us. The dock was the hit of the weekend, along with the kayaks and stand up paddle for the teenager. we all love this house with plenty of room for each family to spread out. Love the layout of the bedrooms. with a queen bed and bunk beds adjoining. Highly recommend and will be back!

Great Place for Large Groups

We are a family of 20 people . Finding a place to accommodate our family ( Age. Range 6 - 77 ) with pool , jacuzzi , boat ramp , slide , kayaks etc etc is not the easiest thing to do. This place was great !

Perfect Lake Getaway

This house was the perfect lake vacation with my large group consisting of four families. It was more beautiful than the pictures show and very comfortable. Every inch is beautifully decorated and equipped and the location is prime! We had kids ranging in age from 7-17 and they stayed busy and had so much fun all day long with the lake slide and jumping platform, the kayaks, the paddleboard, the ping pong table, playing pool and shuffleboard and swimming. They also kicked a ball around in the large front lawn. We could not have asked for a more memorable 4th of July and we thank the owners for renting us their fabulous home.

Awesome family gathering!!

This rental property is super conveniently located on land and water right in front of the sand bar where everyone beaches up. The pool/spa was great, boat doc was awesome and the kids lived the water slide! The layout of the house is the best I’ve seen yet! Will definitely accommodate several families with plenty of space.

Gorgeous Home with Amazing View

We had a wonderful stay in this home with multiple families. All of the furniture, fixtures, and amenities are top of the line. Very comfortable beds, beautiful views from every room, and lots of fun for all. We caught a few fish, hot tubbed, kayaked and went into Marble Falls for dinner and a visit to the local winery. Will definitely be returning!

Peaceful Paradise

My family & I loved this magnificent property! We booked for a Thanksgiving getaway this year and had no regrets! The kitchen and living area are spectacular (and fully equipped with kitchenware & supplies) so we were able to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner in style. The view is incredible. Each bedroom was perfectly decorated and the mattresses slept so well! We loved the pool and the lake view. Jon was very helpful and he even linked us up with a captain of a boat so we were able to go out on the lake. We celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday, played board games, listened to music and the kids enjoyed the Pac-Man arcade upstairs. Mostly,we relaxed and took in the elegance and the peaceful view. We will definitely return!

First Class Spot

This is a really beautiful and well-designed house in a great location. It would be perfect for a big family gathering or a 3-4 families with small kids. It was like being at our own resort, with something for everyone. I hope to be back!
