The Space:
This charming 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath lake house offers the perfect blend of comfort and serenity. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious & inviting living area, adorned with large windows that showcase breathtaking views of the peaceful cove & flooded with natural light. The heart of this home lies in its well-appointed kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, making it a delight for both casual meals and entertaining. The kitchen seamlessly connects to an expansive deck, providing an ideal setting unwinding while taking in the soothing sights and sounds of the lake. The lower level also features a cozy family room, perfect for movie nights or game days.

The master suite, located on the upper level, offers a private oasis with an ensuite bathroom boasts luxury and relaxation with a spa-like atmosphere, complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. Upstairs, you'll find one additional bedroom, with Queen Bed. Head downstairs to the remaining 3 bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and privacy. The first room includes a Twin over Twin bunk bed with games perfect for the little ones to share and right across the hall connects the other two bedrooms. Inside the bedroom directly across the first bunk room is an additional bedroom furnished with a King bed. This guest room has a shared Jack N' Jill bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower and is adjourned to the second bunk room. The second bunk room has two bunk beds that are Twin over Full Bunk Beds. This room has large windows that provide view of the main lake just across the street.

Step outside, and you'll find a haven for water enthusiasts. Glide across the lake in one of the complimentary kayaks or on the paddleboat. Or perhaps, embark on a leisurely paddleboarding adventure, allowing you to explore the cove at your own pace while feeling the connection with the water beneath you. For those seeking a more laid-back experience, the cove offers a perfect spot for fishing. Cast your line into the still waters & wait for the thrill of a potential catch, all while surrounded by the peaceful ambiance of the cove.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, yard and enclosed boat dock. The boat lift is not available for guests but there are cleats to tie up to the dock.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located near the heart of Kingsland. There are several local attractions and eateries near this home. Along with wineries and breweries to go explore. This home sits on a quiet cove that is just minutes away from the main lake making it easy access to explore all of Lake LBJ.

Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get to this property and around town.

Other Things to Note:
We are available by email, text, phone, or can be available in person if need be.

This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of pets are found there will be an automatic fee of $500 charged to the card on file.

Due to the recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised as it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.

Must be 25 years old to rent.

There are external cameras on the back of the boat dock that face towards the lake.
