You can walk, boat, or paddleboard to Boat Town, have quick access to HEB, and are a quick boat ride to the sandbar, boat ramp and Wakepoint.

LARGE GROUPS: Are you looking for additional space for larger groups? Inquire with us about booking one of the two sister properties to this house. In total, we can accommodate up to 59 guests between all three properties. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund for all cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of check-in date. 50% refund for cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund if cancellation is made less than 14 days in advance. In the event a cancellation is made less than 14 days in advance, we will do our best to book you at a later date using your funds as a credit. Dates are subject to availability.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION: Waterhouse Rentals requires a $2,000 hold to be placed on the renters card 1 day prior to check-in. This is not a charge, but a pre-authorization. The pre-authorization will automatically be reversed after check-out unless an amount is needed from that to cover damages. Any charges for damages will be communicated clearly with the renter prior to being assessed.
