This historic tudor-style home is located in downtown Kingsport. It has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Main level has a living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom, full bathroom, office and laundry room. There is a private deck in the back yard with a grill, dining area, chairs and fire pit. The yard is fenced and has plenty of room for kids and pups to play. The office is a separate room that includes the washer/dryer in the closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, eating utensils, cooking utensils, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. Upstairs has two spacious bedrooms with a shared bathroom and ample closet space. There are plenty of towels and wash cloths so you don't have to spend your time constantly doing laundry just to have a clean wash cloth everyday. Toiletries provided if you forget yours at home.
The house is conveniently located in downtown Kingsport. You can walk to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Also in walking distance is a grocery store, hospital, and Kingsport Carousel.
This home is pet-friendly. There is a limit of 2 pets with a maximum weight of 35 pounds. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit per animal. There are bags available for pet waste. Please do not leave in yard. Additional fees will be charged if a mess is left by guests or animals . There will also be an additional fee for the clean up of excessive animal hair.
This is an old house with stairs. There are five stairs to the front door, or you can enter on ground level through back door. Please be careful when using stairs!
There is self-check in with key box. There are exterior Ring cameras located on the front porch and back deck.
Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the house. If smoke smell is present after check out, there will be a $300 additional charge.
