5. Ensure closure of all windows, doors, and A/C units.

7. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

8. Local guests must contact before making a reservation.

9. Presentation of valid ID for all guests during check-in is required.

10. Guests are liable for any property damages during their stay.

11. Usage of the property is at the guest's own risk; the host is not liable for lost or stolen items.
