This was a great place to spend my time in Jamaica. It was clean, very quiet and had an amazing view of the hills and in a great neighborhood. The manager was fantastic, she helped us every step of the way, understanding. I would not think of a better place to stay.

We had a misunderstanding on our end with the management company and quarantine expectations. However we have stayed here before and would highly recommend Casa royal anytime you’re traveling to Jamaica.

Good service, clean and comfortable apartment

Very nice place, clean and comfortable ad the manage is a warm and caring lady. They want you to check out by 10am latest of a late check out feel will apply. This is the only reason it is not a perfect score because the apartment is very nice and the service otherwise was excellent.

The 2 bathrooms was a huge plus, nice stay

The neighborhood is quiet. Only "downside" would be the assigned parking is further from the lobby door that others. In viewing online we actually thought the property had Jacuzzi, but we mistaken it with Casa Tianna and were a little disappointed when we found out it was our error. Nonetheless an overall good experience and we would return. Good communication by the owner.

Almost a perfect stay at Casa Royale Apartments

The lack of chair on the balcony is the only reason I am not giving this stay a perfect rating. The balcony is small but at lease one chair could work. Everything was amazing. I could live in that apartment. Love the two bathroom option because I hate sharing bathroom. Perfect apartment and highly recommended.

The apartment is very secure and have CCTV/Guard

We wanted a very secured place to stay and this one fit the bill. The gate, guard, building entry system and CCTV made us very comfortable as business travelers.

Very Nice Luxury Apartment, Great Experience

Walking distance to the bakery, supermarket and a couple of local restaurants. This is a lovely luxury apartment that has been well equipped to accommodate guests...I will definitely come back...it felt like home away from home. Well...maybe this is nicer than my house. Quite and safe area and it is very close to everything.

The property was centrally located and accessible to key areas including major roads, cities, supermarkets etc. The apartment was secured, in a quiet neighbourhood and the apartment was clean, dry modern and the Manager was very friendly, professional and accommodating. I have no regrets and will wholeheartedly return at my next visits.

The apartment is very comfortable and homely. We enjoyed vacationing in this rental space and would recommend renting it. The area in general was quiet and safe but in addition there is a gate, guard, CCTV of the parking lot that the gaurd watches and the building entry is locked with a code entry system. To be honest we were very impressed with how safe and secure this property is. The apartment was equally just as impressive as well as the staff from the first point of contact. Thank you for the excellent service.

Third time booking this apartment and I think we will make this one our spot in Kingston at lease until something changes. They manage to keep this place up since we first booked it 2 years ago. The welcome/presentation and the condition of amenities have been standard. I really like the small touch with the assorted tea box, juice and water in the fridge and a bunch of other little small things we received. The management communicate in advance and the it also a plus. Overall I just love this experience because I have had less than perfect experience with other rentals in Kingston before. I never review anything unless I have experienced it at lease three times. This one is worth reviewing and OK to book.

It's a lovely property in a central location. Gated, quiet & private makes it a prefect place for any traveler. No AC in livingroom was about the only drawback to this property. Also, a pool would have sealed the deal. Overall, it's a gorgeous well-kept apartment with many comforts of home. Thanks for saving our vacation!

I was initially scheduled to stay at Casa Royale, but there was a problem and I was asked to switch to Casa Clayton instead. The apt was beautiful. There was a washer but no dryer, but considering that it’s a tropical country, a dryer is not needed. The WiFi was very good and I did not have any problems with connection. It is a gated property which adds an extra security dimension. There were all the amenities of home. Ms Thompson was wonderful. I will definitely return to this facility as it was heavenly.

We were relocated to another property, due to circumstances beyond their control... the service was excellent , the property was beautiful and well kept.. The property was in a beautiful and accessible location with lots of places to eat and site see within minutes. The grounds are well kept.The property manager for our stay Ricardo was courteous and very helpful as well as readily available when contacted. Just a few recommendations: it was awesome that the rooms were nicely air conditioned but it would have been nice to have cool air in the common areas while cooking, watching t.v etc. Also a few amenities needs to be replaced such as the iron board. But overall my family had a wonderdul stay and we consider Casa De Royale guest apartment a hidden gem!!!! Good job

Nice gem in Kingston

I was there on business. I need a place to get a good night's sleep and good access to the Internet to work. I had both. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with a nice living area and a full kitchen. The Kitchen had a nice bistro height table that seats 4 which was comfortable to work on. For full disclosure, the main living area didn't have an AC unit, only the bedrooms do. If you don't travel much to the region that might be a surprise. The bathrooms were very nice and spacious. The complex was gated at the entrance for cars, and gated to the living areas. The complex was close to a MegaMart and nice restaurants, and good access to all of New Kingston...about 45 minutes from the airport. One catch...you need to bring US dollars for the check-in. The amount varies from USD$130 to USD$230. Read your Hotels.com confirmation from top to bottom to understand the check-in process and what you need to have. I would stay here again.

The facilities are excellent, very well maintained and the property manager was a pleasure to deal with. She is very friendly and goes above the call of duty to ensure that we were comfortable. My only complaint was the lack of an AC unit in the living area. Being that Jamaica is experiencing a heat wave the lack of a AC unit made the living room unusable.

Only thing this apartment is missing is a chair on the balcony thought the balcony may be a bit small for it. Everything else if just perfect. Literally every comforts of home. Everything seems new.
